Tailgators in North Branch is a very delicious little place to eat. It’s a bar and restaurant and not super huge, but the food is very tasty. They always have some kind of special, and we’ve never had anything bad there. Food or service wise. My absolute favorite is their cream cheese won tons that have a little bit of jalapenos in them, served with a spicy raspberry sauce. Now, anybody that knows me would say – I would never ever eat that! Number one is because I can’t stand jalapenos. Number two, I don’t like anything spicy and number three, I don’t like sweet things with my regular food, BUT these are the most delicious things I have ever tasted in my life. You need to go to tailgators, just to try them! You will also enjoy their burgers, fries, French dip, and everything else they have. Also, if you want an adult beverage, they have that as well. There are also fun events like bingo and karaoke too.

My wife and I don’t typically enjoy “bar” type settings when dining out, so we avoid nights with loud music or if there are events going on… as such, every time we’ve been to Tailgaters, it has been incredible from start to finish.
Every dish we have tried so far has been amazing. 5 stars across the board, we will continue to dine here for as long as we remain in North Branch.

We came in with good expectations. I would rate the food, BUT, we never got it. They were having a banquet of some kind, and were not cooking customers’ food, but taking care of banquet folks. If you are having a banquet, wouldn’t you have extra cooks to help with patrons in the restaurant????? We left after 1 1/2 hours. Won’t go back

Went for lunch today and took my kids with me. Ages 8 and 11. Reviews said there was games for them to play. The reviews were accurate. Bar and seating area is really nice. Ample TV’s and music. A fairly wide open place. We went specifically for cheeseburgers and Tailgaters did not disappoint. Food was great. Service was also spectacular.
Then there was an elephant in the room. The clientele we sat next to. I work construction and I’ve never heard that much swearing in one sitting. The F’ word was used 3 times per sentence. In the short time span there was easily over 100 curses. Even though it’s a bar there should be some etiquette with children around. The bar is set up to entertain families.
I brought it to the attention of the server and she openly admitted that they were swearing too much. She said they have been drinking all day. I said well at this point you are going to lose business with behavior like this. I would have had no problem saying something to the table myself. The problem I think I may have had is the party would not have been receptive to my suggestion. I can speak with my hands, but that wasn’t the time or place. The bar should step in and stop serving when it’s even noticeable to the staff. My two cents anyway.
*Edit* As stated, I did bring it to my waitresses attention. She was polite in her response, but stated they were a problem with the cursing. In hindsight I could have asked for a manager. I had hoped the waitress may have provided that help.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our reception! Everything from the space itself to the staff was absolutely perfect. The layout worked so well for both the dinner and the dancing. Our guests kept complimenting how cozy yet spacious it felt.
The team was super helpful and accommodating, making the entire process stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere, lighting, and flexibility of the space made it feel so personal and special.
