A message to Pizza Hut Corporate,
South School Pizza Hut is my go to living in south Fayetteville. Been ordering from here for years and yes some sometimes it hits better than other times. Tonight I ordered a pizza, sticks, and wings and when I got there only one person was working as far as I could see. Mad props to Elizabeth the GM for running the store solo and letting me see my pizza before she handed it to let me see if it was good. Much love to the people like her that run these places solo and care about customer service and food quality when the majority of the population doesn’t realize how common of a thing it is to run a shop solo. It ain’t easy and these workers deserve massive flowers.

Pizza was great and the score would have been higher if it weren’t for one main incident. Apparently Pizza Hut is the only pizza chain that requires You to tip the staff even after paying for your pizza online. They will stop you from leaving the store until you are forced to look at a tip screen despite YOU yourself going to pick up the pizza as a carry out order. Being it my choice, I did not tip due to me having to drive to your store to pick up the pizza. Tips are usually reserved for Drivers and or Servers at restaurants. The current worker at the time kept looking at the tip screen and expected me to give a tip which I didn’t and once he saw I didn’t, he gave a look of frustration and disappointment and gave a condescending comment with a hint of sarcasm from not tipping. Due to that reason alone I will not be coming back and will take my business elsewhere. Other pizza chains in the area don’t require you to tip since you are going to pick up the food at the store meaning I’m spending my gas to get there and you expect me to tip? Ridiculous. The fact that they lack deals compared to Papa John’s and Dominoes with more deals and no requirement to tip when you do carry out orders also doesn’t help them when it comes to retaining customers. Sorry but y’all need to do better if you want to retain customers.

I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times they’ve run out of breadsticks, the first time they were courteous enough to call and let me know and I ended up canceling my order. The second time they waited until I had arrived to find out they were out again. Considering that’s half my order and the fact I drove all the way over it’s super frustrating. Employee told me well I don’t control when we run out of food. They gave me Cinnabon rolls as a substitute but honestly I’ll probably go else where next time.

We ordered 2 large pizzas, chicken and cheese breadsticks. Everything was tasting fresh and delicious! The staff was super duper nice!! Thank you for amazing service!!! First time here and definitely will be back hopefully they open the lobby soon

No service at location, it’s a delivery and pickup only. My pepperoni actually didn’t have a piece of pepperoni on one of the slices, so pictures and reality depends largely on who seems to be making your pizza… I guess. Still it is pizza hut pizza and my all time favorite pizza chain.

Everytime. You’d think I would have learned before now. Always the wrong pizzas, or missing food, or just didn’t get the order at all and cheated for it…taking two weeks to get a refund. Tonight was no different, wrong crust which wasn’t cooked all the way, didn’t get my wings and it was all cold.

Anytime I order from here they always get my order wrong or I am missing items. Tonight for example I only ordered cheese sticks and Cinnabons, and was delivered 2 orders of Cinnabons instead. When I called to ask about it they said they were out of all bread sticks and couldn’t help and they thought that would be a good replacement. I couldn’t receive a refund on it, but instead only a credit to my account.

What the hell kind of operation are y’all running? Try to call to order a pizza, wind up talking to a call center to order a pizza, try to call the store back, get hung up on 4 times. Man Pizza Hut has really gone the way of the septic tank.

I originally had to call in a complaint when the original workers who worked here completely crashed out on me one night. I haven’t been back to this pizza hut since until tonight and immediately if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Every worker was so organized and professional and willing to help with whatever. The new staff made it where I can peacefully come back to this establishment and I’m so grateful for that!
