We really enjoyed the pizza. I feel like our server tried his best to be attentive and I’m not sure if there was a large party or something else going on. It took about 2.5 hours to be sat, to eat, wait for a to go order, and pay. Once I paid it felt like the waiter forgot about my to-go order. The place is family friendly, but if you are going to have a wait.

I am new to a plant base diet so trying a vegan pizza was a big step. PaPPo’s delivered!! I got the veg out with olive oil, It was amazing. Funny part, I didn’t realize I wasn’t getting any sauce and it was still delicious! Will come back and have told a few friends. The crust was awesome. I ate it all.

We were looking for a pizza place with outdoor, pet friendly seating and hit the jackpot! Pappo’s was fantastic! The staff was so friendly and helpful and our server, Miriam was so personable. They had a great beer selection and the pizza was delicious! We enjoyed eating outside and that was so helpful since we had our dog with us. So we highly recommend Pappo’s!

PaPPo’s is one of our go-to spots in Huntsville. The food is always solid—salads are super fresh, especially the house Italian side salad. I’ve had the steak salad before and it’s awesome. The baked meatball marinara is a favorite, and the Mexicana and Lonestar BBQ pizzas are in heavy rotation for us. They also have Abita Root Beer on tap, which is always a treat, plus a heady beer selection for craft brew fans. Great spot for a relaxed family dinner or a productive business lunch. I’ve watched a lot of basketball here in the winter—good vibes all around.

Good, but not great. I have made two visits, both with a patron MUCH pickier than I, so this review will be a jumble of the opinions. Both of us really wanted this to be a new goto pizza spot, because we have different ideas of the best pizza. First visit, the ingredients were in the center with an annoying 2 -3 inch empty crust perimeter. We were told by a manager to request the ingredients spread out next time. Okay, but IMO we should not have to ask. I ordered a “build your own” with white sauce. It was mediocre at best. The sauce was too runny. My dining companion is accustomed to another pizza place around the corner which is quite generous with pepperoni, so she was also disappointed – but was told to order with more next time. The next visit was with a group of four. I decided to go more conventional to try and get a better idea of their norm. I ordered the “Kitchen Sink”. The ingredients were plentiful but the meats was VERY bland, and I like bold flavors. Nothing in the meal was bad, but nothing stood out. The redeeming quality is the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating even with us being picky.
If invited, I would go back, but for my tastes and money, I am going back to my usual spot and my friend to hers.

This seems like it could be a really nice place. I’ve only been here this one time. The breadsticks and marinara sauce were really good. Also, the strawberry basil lemonade was refreshing. It didn’t taste like it had alcohol in it but the server said it had vodka. I’m not a heavy drinker so that was fine with me but if you’re someone who likes to taste their alcohol, maybe don’t order that.
The wings were tender and fresh. I’m not sure if they were supposed to come without sauce on them or if the server misunderstood my request (because she did get my sauces mixed up trying to rush) but I didn’t make a big deal of it. I could feel that she didn’t need too much more added to her plate.
I enjoyed the freshness of the food and the southern vibe. The customer service could use some improvement though. They seemed really frantic and chaotic for (what appeared to be) no reason at all. I’ve been there, done that. Just relax ladies. The food will be served and the money will be made. Don’t stress yourselves out.

We ate here tonight and let me tell you this is one of the best places to eat in Huntsville. We ordered meatballs in marinara sauce, Hawaiian pizza, meat lovers pizza and some wings.
Meatballs- very tender and flavorful. Got the right amount of sauce. My 1 year old and I enjoyed them so much!
Hawaiian pizza- it was really good and they did not overdo it with the pineapple. They were cut in small chunks and the meat was in bigger chunks which I love. The crust was soft and fluffy that even the crust is delicious!
Meat lovers pizza- perfect ratio between the crust and toppings. I appreciate that the toppings were not thrown on the pizza mindlessly like some pizzerias do. The toppings were distributed evenly. Great pizza!
Wings- good lord these were so good! They are a bit pricey but the flavor and texture of their wings is to die for. The ranch was phenomenal! These wings are a perfect excuse to come back to Pappo’s.
Our waitress Cayla was very attentive and friendly. We had a great time!

I placed an online order for 6 wings and a Hawaiian calzone and went to pick it up. The place was clean and they were playing trivia night inside. Had a ton of beers on tap. Grabbed my order and headed back to the hotel.
I tried my wings first, I had the apple bourbon and it was really good. Ranch was excellent! Then the calzone, I cut it open and it was only mushrooms! I called and they asked me to come back so they could make it right. It wasn’t a huge deal because I’m only a few minutes away. When I got there to pick it up the person helping me (I should have gotten her name) apologized, gave me 6 of their fresh cookies, replaced my calzone with the right one, AND refunded the price of my original calzone! And this calzone was the best I’ve had! I think it’s the caramelized pineapple that did it! I’d definitely go back because food was delicious and even though they made a mistake they went above and beyond to correct it! Oh and those cookies…incredible!
