I’ve waited to give this place a rating because they were nw and I wanted to be fair but I’ve been back about four times now and each visit I’ve had issues. From them getting my order wrong, to waiting 45 minutes for a sandwich, to just plain rude service. Today was the last time I’ll visit this location. I ordered the McAllister’s club and got half of what the sandwich should have been. You can see from the pictures that it was mostly just bread. I did the choose 2 and tried to order a spud and yet again, they were out of potatoes. The place barely had any customers so I’m not sure what the issue was. Also, the lady at the register was very rude. I had to go back up because they didn’t load my points or give me my rewards offer and the manager was extremely rude and did not know how to talk to customers or her cashier with respect at all. I will not be returning to this location. I’ll make the drive to the Independence one.

First time in. This place is spotless. There was a young mad working that impressed me!! He was 100% on it. When someone left he was there to clean the table and floor. He deserves a mention and accolades. The food was ok. I ordered the potato soup with no bacon. It had bacon so I couldn’t eat it. My husband had the New Yorker and it was huge! I want to try the famous tea to see why it’s so special. Also the person that gave me our order was super nice.

First time at this location, overall service was prompt and friendly. while at the register, the wife asked about the size of the soup bowl vs the cup. Cashier sighed, rolled her eyes and turned to someone on back line who held up the two containers. I’m sure I’ve done that before, just aware not to do that standing in front of a customer. The meal was great, portions good and the table service was fantastic. I didn’t get our servers name but he was very prompt and polite, A+!
The sandwinch actually had meat on it, unlike the Independence location that puts a tiny pinch in the middle so it looks like it’s all under the bread. the Blue springs location actually had it all there.
Value, not really any…on the pricey side for what you get. Better value elsewhere but part of that price is the new building/location.

Absolutely horrible service. They took my rewards off my account but didn’t actually use it on my order. Then i double confirmed what i ordered after realizing the receipt was wrong they claimed it was right but when i got my order lord behold it was WRONG. I will continue to drive to the independence location to get food even though this one is around the corner from me. The bad service and teenage attitude isn’t worth my time. O and thats a spud max. Lmao what a joke and waste of my money o and yes i paid extra for extra meat which is none existent

The service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and my food tasted so fresh! Great quality food too! I noticed the fast response when another’s table food was going to be late. They work hard to please us! I love the self serve drink station, but the staff still comes around to give us refills!

My boyfriend told me to “order some food” but didn’t tell me what he wanted. I decided to give you guys a try! (I’ve been asking to go since we moved here.) Will definitely be returning to try more off your menu! Kinda spendy, but worth every penny in flavor and portion size. Best food we’ve had in a hot minute.

I came in this evening to experience a new restaurant in town. But, everyone else in town did as well. The orders backed up, but your awesome crew powered through. The lovely young lady working the carry-out/ Door dash, was very pleasant to be around and handle the situation wonderfully. I will definitely be coming back to try more of your potatoes. I am frustrated because I showed up right on time for my pickup order and sat in the drive through only to end up having to go inside because it was taking too long. I got inside and my food was sitting on the shelf. The lady holding up the drives through food was not ready and she held up everyone in line. I left with a cold sandwich when it was suppose to be warm. When I raised my concern to the women employee she just looked at me and did not even apologize. I am not impressed with the service or the food. That was unprofessional. The last time I got there before my food was ready they asked me to pull back around so they could help the person behind me. I am frustrated I left with a cold sandwich and there was no apology or nothing done to make it better. I don’t recommend the lady with a beard, she has terrible customer service.

I wanted to make this review because mistakes and accidents happen, it’s what the business does to rectify the situation that matters. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick dinner last night. His order wasn’t rang in right, my French dip was cold. The manager went above and beyond to make things right, and it meant the world to me. We’ve had a lot of bad experiences lately at restaurants, none of them cared the way this lovely woman does about customer service. She’s in the right position and the right woman for the job! I will come back because of this.
