I was really excited to try this place. I had the Loco Moco platter and Sunset drink. Everything was delicious. The macaroni salad that came with it was fantastic and even the salad dressing was really tasty. Service was great and they even asked if we enjoyed pur meal which I always think is nice. I’ll definitely be back to try everything else. I also enjoyed their Valentine’s decorations.

Affordable prices, cozy & friendly spot to stop in and eat, incredible food and clean bathroom. The 4.9 google maps rating did NOT steer us wrong! 10/10 recommend.
We went with the tofu burger and fish salad and were very satisfied with both dishes. I’d do lunch here once a week if I lived in the area.

I always enjoy coming here. This was a Friday after my shift. Food was delicious & fresh as always. My go to order is the mixed plate with chicken katsu & spicy pork. The chicken katsu has the perfect crispy texture on the outside without being hard/drying out the chicken. Also pictured is: spring salad with homemade guava lime vinaigrette dressing, spicy pork, mac salad, spam musubi. And sunset drink: guava, lychee, lime. Owners and staff are always friendly and accommodating. The servings are generous so a plate lunch can be split or saved for leftovers. I love the ambience too with the colors, decor, plants, and music. It brings me back to paradise–Hawaii. It’s nice to have a spot with really good Hawaiian food in Chicago. Another plus is they offer menu options that are sesame free for people with sesame allergies. My family also enjoys their barbeque chicken. (Not pictured)

The spam musubi make an amazing little snack and the chicken plates come with salad, rice and creamy macaroni salad. Every meal arrives in a generously filled box packed with delicious flavors that work perfectly together. I loved every bite and would happily order again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and nice, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. The portions were generous and everything tasted amazing. My mom and I ordered the Hawaiian Grilled BBQ Chicken Plate and Sunset drink, and both were absolutely delicious. We had the Aloha Bar for dessert and it was quite addicting. Definitely coming back again!

If you are looking for an incredible lunch or dinner from a family owned local restaurant, I highly recommend Aloha Wagon. The place is super cute, well decorated with a fun, tropical vibe. The food is absolutely delicious, made fresh and served in abundant portions – we always leave with leftovers. This is a Hawaiian restaurant with Filipino dishes also available, and everything I have tried here has been absolutely scrumptious. The spam musubi are such a good snack and the chicken dishes are served with salad, rice and macaroni salad – the boxes are heavy with yummy food and everything tastes so good together. Their in-house juices are also so delicious. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Cute, clean, friendly, and delicious. Never had Hawaiin bbq before but this is great. Mix of Phillipines american and distinctively Hawaiian. Had the Kalua pork n cabbage. Adobe chicken and spam sushi. So good but Adobe stole the show. Great hot sauces to compliment everything. Prices great for the amount you get too. Def a must try in chicago any time of the year.

Everytime I’ve gotten food from here, it never disappoints. The portions are hefty so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. Chicken katsu was perfectly crispy and the Loco moco is *chefs kiss*
