I’ve ordered from this sushi place three times, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. The first order was excellent, which is why I tried again. On my second attempt, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude, to the point where I felt like I was bothering him just by ordering, and I ended up not placing the order at all.
This third order confirmed my concerns. The phone interaction was again unpleasant, and it was clear he wasn’t listening. As a result, my order was completely wrong. The rolls were very loosely put together, and the miso soup was only partially filled.
I truly want to support local businesses, but when the customer service is consistently poor, it becomes very difficult to do so. They’re listed as available on Uber Eats, yet you can’t actually place an order there, and calling around when they open often goes unanswered. Good food doesn’t make up for repeated negative service experiences

The food is unbelievable, we recently moved from the city where sushi places are a dime a dozen, but its been a while since we’ve had a meal this fresh. Service was fast, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Unique location with very fresh tasting sushi right off the main road. Coming from the GTA, did not expect this level of food in such a ‘rural’ location. The owners are so nice as well. Most people seemed to order takeout, but we ate on the small patio
