43$ for boiled Dry ass food. Called and The owner Patrick was rude!!!!! Of course I’m mad!!! I drove far for Trash. How could you even serve people this ? This was my second time!! I love BBQ and wanted to try a new place. I live in Hesperia near the freeway and they are easy out in Apple valley. As soon as we walked in it smelled amazing. The guys there I believe owed the place and it was either family or best friends. They were so nice to us. Ordered a combo platter for me, my mom and son with ribs, brisket and pork. Oh my gosh it was so good. I wish they would open one in Hesperia but I will frequent this place as often as I can

I had the best unexpected visit today. While showing up close to closing, I was informed that most of the dishes had been sold out. But the owner allowed me to sample many of the menu items and ‘oh my goodness’. By far some of the best BBQ and sides I’ve ever eaten. The staff were personable and welcoming. It’s friendly establishments like this one that makes you want to come back.

Hands down, the best bbq in the high desert. I crave this bbq and drive 30 minutes just to get it. The smell as you get out of the car is so nostalgic and the quality of the food matches. Everything is homemade from scratch and worth a try. Jason always provides me with exceptional service regardless of if I call my order in or place it at the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and support this business.

My first time here. Customer service was great. Friendly acknowledgement as soon as I came in. The guys there were interacting with everyone. Being funny and polite. Took the food home. I purchased there 3 combo meal. ALL the food was DELICIOUS! Very reasonably priced. Food combo said feeds 2-3. Easily feeds 3-4. 5 stars. Will definitely be going back frequently!

We got 2 combo plates that feed six men with food to spare. From the outside this place doesn’t look like much but the food definitely makes up for that. Brisket and ribs were my favorite meat and the Mac, potato salad and beans were all amazing. Will be returning next time I’m in town!

The Mac and cheese would also be amazing if they used less chicken bouillon, it’s so salty.
The yams had great flavor!
Overall kill down the saltiness of the Mac and cheese and maybe the spice (too spicy for kids) and it would be a 10/10 spot.
