Took the family to the restaurant tonight decided to sit at the bar since there was chairs open, we were hosted by Christian the bartender and he rocked it out for us tonight. We laughed we joked the family enjoyed our time there we ended up ordering food and the chef in the back we refer to him as Chef D. Between the nachos they brought out the cheeseburger plate and the steaks? Just delicious all the way around you can tell he puts a lot Love in his food. Smiles all around even though it was a slow night and for a night of steak and cheeseburgers and appetizer nachos my family and I are not complaining at all top notch guys!!

Hadn’t been here in a while. Tracy and I had Long Island Iced teas and some food. I had the Cuban which was awesome. Just like it should be. Crunchy on the outside from the press etc. Tracy had the Poke bowl. I tried it and it was great too. The other pics were what others at our table ordered. It all looked great. Our waitress was great. Never an empty glass and always right there with whatever you needed. I wish I remembered her name.
All was good for our visit and will come again.

Dining experience that’s very relaxing to enjoy with friends or family. The food is delicious from appetizers, entrees, drinks & desserts. The view is by far my favorite. The sunset is spectacular! Can’t wait to go back to see sunrise. Brunch offered on weekends

We tried Water’s Edge for the first time this evening. It was nice to be able to arrive by water and get off the boat to eat here. Our server Gracie deserved 10 stars, she was attentive and personable.
They have delicious sweet tea. I didn’t order a mixed drink but my family did and their mixed drinks were very good. They had Long Islands and Skinny Margaritas. The appetizers were basic. We had fried green beans and buffalo chicken dip. The buffalo chicken dip wasn’t my favorite. They should serve it baked and I think it would be better in my opinion. My family ordered the bruschetta chicken plates. Of course I tried it too. The asparagus was really good and the mashed potatoes were homemade and creamy. The feta and balsamic drizzle on the chicken was tasty. The chicken was a little overcooked. The pizza was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. We dined outside and it was beautiful weather. I didn’t like the high top chairs though bc they aren’t made for bigger bottom people like myself. There was a nice crowd but we never felt rushed or, forgotten about because our server being on top of things! We will definitely be back to try some different menu items! Thanks again Gracie for a wonderful visit.

Beautiful view of the lake. Come for a beer and fries but not the food. Our whole party took no more than 4 bites each of our plates and had to stop. Caesar chicken wrap came pressed. It has lettuce in it and it was pressed. So it was soggy. No good. Couldn’t even taste the chicken. Caesar side salad was really fishy. Chips were stale. Penne was spicy. Like hot spicy. Why?! The service was fine and the place is pretty but the kitchen needs some serious help.

I’ve had a hard time finding a good restaurant but lil did i know that less than 30 min away was gonna change that.
We went for the valentines special for 2 and they did not disappoint started with drinks, old fashion and a cold modelo, then some spinach dip that was more than enough for 2, and very good, next a winter and Ceasars salad, each one just as good as the other, next some rib eye surf and turf with shrimp, seasoned perfectly with some amazing green beans and homemade smashed potatoes!
Desert was a decadent chocolate lava cake with ice cream to melt in your mouth
Put that all together with the large glass windows with the views of the outdoors and you got yourself a good night!
We topped it off with some bar side music bingo.
Great night looking forward to returning!
Sorry didn’t get the pics of the steak & shrimp but it was enough for 2 meals for each of us!

We were visiting a local school, stopped in here for dinner. What attracted us to go was the beautiful lake view. The food was a complete disappointment, first they were out of so much of their menu items, then the food we were able to order was subpar. We ordered buffalo chicken dip which came on a dirty looking sheet pan with stale tortilla chips and a half a cup of dip which was not even temperature hot. One of our dishes was penne alla vodka which was spicy for some reason and reheated not fresh. The Caesar salad tasted fishy and the loaded nachos were cold, chicken was flavorless and once again stale soggy tortilla chips. I wish this restaurant had better food because it’s such a pretty place. I also wish people that choose to be a cook for a restaurant would take more pride in what they chose to do. Food is so important, it’s the center of everything we do, try to do better.

Not the first time here, but first time eating here. Came a year ago for 4th of July show. Today we went for Valentines Day. She wanted different but everywhere else had a wait or reservations needed.
Food was good, no complaints. I had calamari and she a mushroom burger. Food came quick and was hot. Our server was friendly and attentive. Seating was quick as well.

My only “complaint” would be that it can be a bit loud. Not overbearing though. Thats why I gave a 4 out of 5. Other than that, it was nice.

Wildly inconsistent service and food, but you can’t beat the atmosphere.

We love boating up to Waters edge, tying up, and mounting the steps for a good lunch, dinner or cocktail.

We have had such a different experience each time that we come that it almost feels like a different restaurant. The service is either really peppy and good and fun or completely late and confused, and we don’t receive the correct order. There seems to be no in-between. It’s either excellent service and they are really engaged or nowhere to be found.

The food is the same. Sometimes I will order the wedge salad, which I love, and it’s really large with lots of good balsamic syrup, and sometimes it’s a bit anemic. Sometimes my shrimp and grits are really creamy and good, and sometimes there is with way too much sauce and the cheese is in clumps and it arrives cold. The same applies for the fish tacos or the drinks, really excellent or just missing the mark.

So I’m rounding this review out to a three. One time we went with a group of friends and we did not receive our food for an hour, so that would be an experience that was closer to one. And then sometimes we go and the server is excellent and the food is wonderful and the drinks are perfect so that would be a five. We do so enjoy going, but we always go with the anticipation that it may not be a great experience or it may be a wonderful experience! I think this is probably due to staff turnover? Or seasonal staff? And I understand how hard that is. And I understand that in the evenings, this becomes a bar scene, and so it’s a bit hard potentially to focus on everything when the bar is so backed up. We’ve even been told before we sit down that our drinks would be 20 minutes or half an hour. So I think extra help or trained help would be wonderful

We will continue to be back, and to boat up, and if there’s a wait, we can sit in the boat. I love the wedge salad, and we really enjoy the bloody Mary bar as well. So much to like, just a few things to improve upon.
