Stopped by to grab lunch, and the owner mentioned he’s looking at doing Philly Fridays and gave a sample of the cheesesteak. And it’s good definitely looking forward to this on Fridays.

WORTH THE SPLURGE!! I am a health nut but from time to time I crave a really GOOD burger. Burger Snobs nailed it!! They’re notches above the usual. Not necessarily cheap eats, but definitely treat-worthy. If you value flavor, texture, and a slightly elevated burger experience, Burger Snobs is the go-to spot. You won’t be disappointed.

Great burger place run by a great guy!
You can tell he cares about his food and it shows.
Burgers were perfectly cooked, not greasy, tons of real bacon (not that made three days in advance junk you sometimes get), soft fresh buns, fresh grilled onions.
Everything you want in a great burger.
Had the hot honey burger and the jalapeños swiss and both were amazing, but I look forward to trying everything else on the menu!

Update: THEY HAVE FRIES NOW!!! And they’re amazing. Came back with my wife and we both had an awesome meal.
Original review: Checked it out because 5 star places make me suspicious, but honestly this place earns it. I got “the classic” which is a simple double smash burger with cheese, pickles, ketchup, and lettuce. I got a Sprite as well, and paid 16 dollars even. It was very good, meat was seasoned very well. The man that took my order was very pleasant and gave me an accurate time on the order. I’m definitely gonna come back with my wife.

Ramont is a true culinary artist with his burgers. You can taste the passion and attention to detail. I was fortunate enough to be one of the few to try his bacon double smashburger with hot honey. Absolutely delicious!
He has a nice quiet spot thats easily seen from the main street. Bring the family and have a lot around the downtown hutto area when you stop by. As for the man himself, he’s completely there to produce good food and take care of his customers. The conversation with him after trying the burger was a highlight of the day. I 100% recommend stopping by and trying Burger Snobs! 10/10!

Stopped by Burger Snobs and order the smash burger. The moment you take a bite, you can tell it was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The patties are perfectly smashed, creating that craveable crust without sacrificing any of the juicy, beefy flavor. It tastes genuinely homemade, like something your mom would whip up. This burger is exceptionally good—a simple concept executed with care to precision.
To top it all off, I had a chance to speak with the owner, Romant Mittchell who made it clear that customer service with a smile is a top priority. The dedication to both the food and the customer experience truly sets this place apart. I will definitely be returning! Unfortunately I ate 3/4 of the burger before realizing I should leave a review.

A neighbor told me I needed to check this place out since a good cheeseburger is my weakness. Got the jalapeño, bacon and Swiss and it did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, grilled perfectly, and the bun was so soft! Definitely a solid burger! No fast food taste from this burger truck, just a great tasting burger that hit the spot. Check it out! You’ll be glad you did!

My son and I were in the area to visit friends and they told us about this spot. Our friends know we like to support small businesses and that we like trying places not in Houston. They hyped it up and we had to see if it lived up to the hype… and boy, did it!!! This is why I like places like this because they put so much love into the food! We had the brisket smash burger and the donut burger. I kept saying, I’d only eat half and save the rest for later…that didn’t work! Ended up eating it all and getting another for later, lol. I HIGHLY recommend if you’re in the area (or not in the area). The staff was pretty cool too and talked to us during the cooking process, making us feel like we were at a backyard cookout! Bring Burger Snobs to Houston!

Philly Cheesesteak Friday is a must try!!!! The meat is seasoned well, the bun is fresh and full of flavor…literally a meal worthy of review. I’ve eaten philly’s from everywhere between Texas and Philadelphia and this by far is my favorite cheese steak to date!!!! Service was excellent and the food was fresh -don’t wait….go now!!!
