This was my first visit to this Jack in the Box and the staff were incredibly kind. They made sure we got everything we asked for and stayed patient the entire time. The place was also very clean. A great experience overall.

I ordered the door dash they didn’t have the caramel for the iced coffee which was fine it took 20 minutes later to get my orders and it should have and they’re not usually very busy around this time that I’m aware of the shake was melted the tacos were burnt the jalapeno poppers were all right the fries were well as you’d expect their fries from a delivery order but this place is half a mile away from where I live to the burgers I did not receive I did receive compensation from doordash for the missing items on the order but still pretty disappointing I’ve ordered from this location before and it’s been really good but then again I’ve also ordered from this location in my order sat there for hours and hours before it died because nobody was there to either make the food or you know whatever the case may be usually around the same time of night in the middle of the week. Not really sure on the staffing issues with the place I don’t know if they have employees that aren’t doing their job or maybe they just don’t have the employees which is very likely still an issue that needs to be looked into.

Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Food was really good and much better than the other fast foods restaurants in the area. No problems with the order and everything was fresh and hot, except the shakes. They were fresh and cold!

I orderded at night. Worse Jack in the box in the world. I ordered online had it picked up and I ordered 2 jumbo jacks a taco, and a shake. The taco was ok but the burgers were terrible nothing on it but meat, cheese, a small amount of mayo and a spoiled tomatoe on both burgers it had no lettuce and the taste made me sick to my stomach I had to throw them away the only thing I ate was the tacos and the shake. They didnt even give me a straw, a spoon or napkins and no sauce.

I ordered a chicken strip meal and received three chicken patties instead of chicken strips. No one told me that there were not any strips. If I would have known I would have chose something different on the menu. This is poor customer service and I should have gotten a refund. Every time I have went to this jack n the box I have had a bad experience. Therefore I will not be going again.
