Great Brazilian pizza! I loved the special pepperoni and the chicken with catupiry. So flavorful!! My only problem was the delivery time. It took 1hr30 to get it delivered on a Wednesday evening. Don’t get me wrong, I still 100% recommend this place but be mindful that the delivery wait time may be longer than expected. Will be going back for takeout or dine in.

I first visited this place shortly after it opened. Before going, I checked their social media because I was driving a considerable distance. When I arrived, the owner informed me that they would not make pizza because it was an “all-you-can-eat rodízio” night and that pizza was only available to customers who had purchased the rodízio.
I was extremely frustrated, as I had driven all the way to the far end of Gaithersburg. The owner, who clearly lacks basic customer service skills, spoke to the chef and said they would make an “exception” for me — as if I were asking for a favor rather than placing a normal order. There was no prior notice on their social media that regular orders would not be accepted that night. I even showed this to him on my phone. There was no apology whatsoever.
Despite this, I decided to give the restaurant another chance because they advertise heavily in local Facebook groups. Tonight, I placed an order online. A few minutes later, I received an email saying the restaurant did not approve my order.
I texted the restaurant, and the person who replied had no idea what was going on and showed no concern for resolving the issue. I was told, “I don’t have your order.” No solution was offered, even though I had already been charged and simply wanted my food. After expressing my frustration, I was told they would cancel the order “once it came through.”
After nearly an hour, I finally received a DoorDash notification saying my order had been picked up.
Overall, this place is extremely disorganized and unprofessional, with rude and dismissive service. I would only consider ordering from here again if I were absolutely desperate.

A Cantina is a fantastic spot to enjoy real Brazilian pizza and a variety of tasty dishes. Each pizza is made from scratch with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Once a week, they offer a special “rodizio” experience where you can eat as much as you want for a set price. Besides pizza, you can also try their esfihas, which are like mini pizzas, pastries, and feijoada on weekends. They’re planning exciting new additions to their menu, so definitely keep an eye on what they come up with next!

The esfihas were well made and fresh, reminded me a little bit of back home, I need to go back and try the pizza next.

We ordered carry out. The owner came out with the pizza, was very nice and offered to add a free Brazilian soda to our order. The pizza was unlike any American pizza I’ve ever had, in a really good way. Everyone loved it!! We will definitely be back to try new pizzas in the future.

Simples place, we felt comfortable, the owner came to ask how we are, he was very nice give much attention. The toppings on the pizza were amazing. A lot catupiry on the crust and on the pizza. We also ate chocolate. Came with a lot of chocolate!! Super delicious!!!
