Fuzion Five offers authentic cuisine from Vietnam and Laos. We use variety of herbs and spices to enhance and balance the authentic flavor of our dishes. It looked like everyone here was ordering pho, but don’t sleep on the Lao specialty dishes! I love a good pho but we had an amazing meal of spicy Lao food. We tried the green papaya salad & beef jerky, the Lao pork sausage, and the nam khao and loved them all. The beef jerky is great, served with sticky rice and roasted tomato/chili sauce. The texture is great. The sausage is grilled perfectly and just so good with all the lemongrass. Similar with chili sauce and sticky rice. And the sour pork rice was amazing, full of chilies, fried chilies, peanuts. The star of the meal for me. I definitely will return next time I’m in Palm Springs.
Read some reviews about the service and just want to say that it was totally fine for us. Someone came by to check on us and refill our water often and was always friendly.

Good Vietnamese food.
I had the Egg Rolls & Lettuce, and the Classic Spring Rolls. The Egg Rolls & Lettuce were really, crisp and tasty. The fresh lettuce, mint, and cleantro add to the egg rolls flavor. The Classic Spring Rolls were good too. I liked the peanut sauce that goes well with these chewy and fresh spring rolls.
The service was great. Got greeted and seated right away. The server was very attentive.
The ambiance was a little mixed. We sat outside, and though the day was nice out, there was traffic and construction near. Maybe next time I’ll sit inside.

The pho is insanely good. 10/10. Rare beef and tendon is the perfect combo.
Just need to have a more attentive greeting approach. They leave you standing for a long time without even saying hi. Should address guests before they walk off, as I almost did. Once in, they’re very kind.

So if it were just me I’d give it 5 stars but wifey wasn’t the biggest fan of the Pho (she had never had it and this didn’t win her over either). I liked my pho and the kiddos loved the sweet potato fries. It was right before Thursday night fair and service was kinda slow until the second server showed up a little later. Food was slow to come and taking order was slow as well but when it came it was delish. Definitely give it a try. Prices were about expected given location and prices nowadays.

We had the pho with tofu and tripe and the pad Thai. The pho was rather bland and didn’t have too much tripe in it. Luckily they do have chili oil available. The pad Thai on the other hand was pretty good and for the price a good size. I asked for spicy and they added Thai peppers on top of the dish. Would have been better if they were cooked with the food and not just springled on top. Service and atmosphere was great. We wouldn’t do the pho again but we’d try other dishes.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times and I just can’t give it better than 3 stars overall because of the poor service.
The food is fairly good, and they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, but we get frustrated with the extremely slow and inattentive service. They really could use a few more staff to help out.
Prices are fair and food portions are good.
The place lacks ambiance, also, but it is fairly clean.
I would recommend it for the good menu and good food, but be prepared to wait.

We visited Fuzion Five as part of Dining with The Davids—a local culinary group where a rotating crew of food lovers (aka “Taste Buds”) come together to experience multi-course meals at standout restaurants across the Coachella Valley.
