The food tasted phenomenal and the portion sizes were great. The ‘pan con pollo’ I expected to be tiny yet was the size of a football. Best pupusa I’ve had and the dessert was like a french toast on steroids. Clean and pretty restaurant interior, friendly staff. Will come again

Very bad experience. The waitress didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in and was more focused on talking to the cook. Even though we were the only customers, the wait was long. The food was terrible—the meat was extremely overcooked and so tough it couldn’t be cut with a knife. When we brought it up, the waitress became defensive and still wanted to charge us for food we didn’t eat. Poor customer service and misleading carne asada they sell a cheaper cut definitely is not ranchera they’re crazy if I’m going to pay for cheap tuff meat I can’t even chew. We won’t be returning there or any of their restaurants ruined my appetite!!

1. Be prepared to wait an unusual amount of time. The long wait is an extreme inconvenience. Even when the restaurant appears to be empty.
2. Very meager portion sizes. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with how much meat they include. I had this problem with their torta and pupusas. Left feeling very hungry still. Pupusa was mostly cheese with little itty bits of meat sprinkled here and there.
3. Be wary of cashier giving you incorrect amount of change. Double check your change. We were given incorrect amount.
Honestly, I’d recommend skipping. You’d genuinely have a better bang for your buck and filling meal pretty much any where else.

My first impression is the staff and food are authentic. They’re warm and welcoming, the music selection and restaurant appearance is lively and family fun atmosphere. Bright beautiful staff and bright colors. I enjoyed my service and would highly recommend. I will be back soon!! Papusa are only 3$ on Tuesday and Thursday.

Got there one hour before closing time on a Friday, waitress told us to move to a different table even though she could clearly see one of us was on crunches and had a very difficult time getting to the first table. When I asked why she told me she was closing in 20 min and she had already clean this one table, then I said its posted on your door you close in one hour she made it clear it was in 20 min and was upset about us wanting to dine there at that time. My family and I decided to leave and find another establishment with friendly well manner customer service.

Saturday lunch. Asada plate & my Mrs had 3 pupusas. Owner (I assume) had her 2 boys (7 & 10) greeting guests and bussing tables, so cute and mannered. It was a bit of a wait, but we weren’t in a hurry. Food was good but could have had a stronger flavor. Left with a Togo box for $40 as we couldn’t finish. Will return…
