OMG. This is the best burger king I’ve been to in a minute. Came for breakfast, but ordered a double whopper, small hash browns, & an orange juice. The hash browns were cooked to a perfect crispy golden brown color & the burger was amazing. The picture is what is left. I almost wasn’t able to stop eating to take the picture

This location has always been pretty solid… First time trying since the remodel, and I gotta say, this was the BEST I’ve had from here(maybe any BK ever), please keep it up!
Oh, and I tried the limited time “Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper” and added a burger patty. Soooo good, highly recommended if you like the mushrooms!

I came here last night with my bf. He ordered a double cheeseburger on a brioche bun for me. The order taker acted like she didn’t hear what he said and said “off the grill”. He had repeated can you please put it on a brioche bun at least 3-4 times. She said “okay”. When we got to the window she handed us the food and it was made wrong. When he handed the sandwich back and told her it was supposed to be on a brioche bun she said “we’re out”. She didn’t inform us at the speaker and had a nonchalant attitude. He asked her if she could put it on two bottom buns instead due to the brioche buns being out. When she gave him the food back the receipt that was in the bag was gone. After he asked for a receipt. She didn’t put any napkins in the bag either. I wasn’t trying to be difficult or make her mad at me. I can’t have sesame seeds because they make me extremely sick. The burger still had them so I couldn’t eat it due to sesame seeds still being on the bottom buns. So I wasted money. I try to give everyone a chance because, I understand working in fast food is hard but she had a bad attitude. Not only a bad attitude but a disregard for what was ordered and didn’t inform any one of products being out til after we checked our food. I won’t be back at this location. It sucks because I had a good experience the other night with the other night staff.

Coming from the west side of Carrollton, we were curious to see the difference, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations! The food was served hot, the area was clean, and the staff did a fantastic job ensuring our family had a wonderful visit. This was, by far, the best Burger King experience I’ve had since I was young. I have never had such great customer service at any fast food place like I did here. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and asked extra questions like “Is there anything you want taken off the whopper” “would you like this or that as your side” etc. The food was as expected, consistent of what is expected from BK. They have a new playground that looks amazing.

The newly remolded Burger King is very nice. The colors and decor are great looking.

Great experience. Full playgrounds are hard to come by now. The worst part was the best part at this location. The service was really fast. It’s been so long since I’ve been to a burger king that really lives up to the idea of fast food. My children complained because they did not have enough time on the playground. This time I have to agree because the food was fast and great.
