Good margarita. Creamy jalapeño salsa. The taco de carnitas very cheesy but I did like the crunchy tortilla. I would go here again and try some other items. I didn’t like not having table service and kind of industrial atmosphere but pretty.

This restaurant was awesome!! The atmosphere was inviting, the menu selection was plentiful, the service was friendly and super fast, and the food was incredible! I especially enjoyed the salsa verde. 5 stars all around! We loved the outdoor dining space. Hope to be back soon.

Food is great. Some good vegan options. Last I had their cauliflower sope that they have for sac vegan chef challenge as well as their impossible taco and sweet potato taco. They also have another veggie taco.

So Yelp is giving this place 3.7 stars??? I’m honestly confused. I went with my sister and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I was literally stuttering trying to explain how good the food was while we were eating it. The flavors just blow you away.
Their tacos are fat and packed, and the guac is super fresh. I’m not personally a fan of the chips because they’re thick, but my sister loved them, so that’s just preference.
I keep thinking about this meal. I still can’t get over how amazing it was. I’m talking last-meal vibes.

Our go too place in the neighborhood. We must go there twice a week. The food is flavorful, fresh and delish, the service is extremely fast and efficient, the people are so nice and offer the best service. They also have some really great cocktails. I love being able to order at the counter, especially with a group of people. And the atmosphere is super cozy, great mexican influence on decor, and artistic yet modern in a way.

Service was fast and people were super nice. The restaurant was clean and had very nice decorations. The fries were really good. The guacamole was also good. The carnitas taco was flavorful. The fish taco was bland and the fish tasted not fresh. The carne asada taco was extremely bland. The meat was not seasoned at all. The salsa that was on it was not good either. My wife got the ranchero plate asada and the sauce tasted like ketchup. It was spicy with no flavor. The beans were also not very good. We came here because we were in a rush to see a show at the Guild. We will make time to leave earlier if we know we are going to the guild so we can eat elsewhere. I would recommend this place for drinks and appetizers. If you want authentic Mexican food, look elsewhere. At least it wasn’t expensive.

Absolute gem of a spot in cozy Oak Park. My partner and I both got the carne asada breakfast burrito as bowls and oh my God. The combination of black beans and melted cheese under the rice base was absolutely incredible. The toppings were great too. Highly recommend getting a chip topped with the egg, meat, and veggie combo, then drizzling the perfect green salsa on top and chewing in bliss. 10/10 would recommend and return!

It took two years but we finally found our spot for Mexican in Sacramento. Delicious quesabirria tacos with plentiful meat. Chips and salsa is served with a variety of salsas, each equally yummy yet distinct in flavor—the “fried jalapeño” salsa tastes remarkably like a jalapeño popper in the best of ways. Street tacos were delightful. Three options for beans, how to decide? Refried. No regrets.

Amazing, fresh Mexican food. The carne asada taco was especially stand out. The salsa trio that comes with the chips is incredible. Must order. I had the black beans and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. We’ve been hunting for a good Mexican spot and finally found it. Prices are super reasonable for the portions. Also!! They have lots of vegetarian options.

La Venadita is amazing and easily one of the best spots on Broadway. Taco Tuesday is unbeatable and always worth it. The chips and salsa deal for $4 is incredible, the food quality is consistently great, and there are usually solid beers on tap. A reliable Broadway choice.
