Overall the food was good. The only reason I’m not giving food a 5 is because of presentation. The signature sauce is quite good. You need it for the tenders. Did not wait too long for the food. The fries are very good well seasoned. Overall nothing really to complain about. Pretty good place

Good news is the food is really good. I have only had Popeyes once before and liked it then as well. The chicken tastes fresh and has a crispy crunch, not overly greasy like KFC down the road. But they have a lot of issues to work out at this new location. You might want to check back in a few weeks.
First it says on Popeyes own website that they open at 10:30. It let me place an online order here at 10:50. I showed up but the dining room was locked and no employees were present to help. I saw a car in the drive through so I went there.
They had my order but I waited over 30 minutes at the checkout window for my food to come. It’s just very disorganized, maybe it’s all new hires being a new location. A person behind me drove off without their food, frustrated by the wait.
Then when I got my food it was wrong. I ordered a side of Cajun rice and got plain rice, though it was labeled Cajun. Again seems like a training issue. I’ll try again in a few weeks and update my review.
Also the parking lot is a mess, flooding and bumps like it isn’t finished yet and confusing handicapped signs- just signs with arrows that make it look like the whole row is handicapped and no blue lines. I wasn’t sure where I could park. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.

Ordered a 3pc meal and wing meal – $29.76 and received a dried thigh and two dry wings for the 3pc meal. Biscuit was hard and side of red bean and rice was dried. Since this location opened up, I never had an issue (yes I’ve visited often). It’s concerning that a $30 meal was basically garbage. Road conditions are not great, so its not worth driving back to have the order remade.

Went around 4pm on a Sunday. We waited a lot ~30mins for 3pcs combo and 3 tenderloins, but we knew this is a new location so it takes time to the employees to coordinate well. Food was delicious, it’s not greasy or salty like other brands. It’s flavor and nice crisp.
Place was really clean in general. Tables are nice and spacious.
They need better cleaning in bathrooms, must say.
They know sometimes they keep missing items and you can tell they are working on it cause a nice gentleman came out to check the order with me. We marked missing items and he went back inside and was super fast about it. They are still learning, please be considerate. I appreciate businesses who give elder people opportunities to keep working, he was struggling or nervous I could tell but was still very kind.
I’ll definitely go back, they know how to solve issues and were attentive to other clients as well. Please give them an opportunity and don’t rate them wrong.

Went during the dinner rush. I had a very large order. The staff were great. The manager was working along with her crew and checked over all the details of my order and fixed it (the actual food was correct on the order, but the way it was entered in had some items separate instead of a combo, which caused it to cost more) saving me over $10. When I parked in the lot to check my very large order, it was all there. Keep up the great work!

Thanks to other reviews, I didn’t have to sit there and wait over 30 mins for food. I think it’s time they hire more and get food prepped and put together for rush hours. Teamwork makes the dream work. Hopefully in a few months this will be sorted out. They’re losing a lot of money when they can’t avg there orders out in a timely manner

They have great food. That’s not the problem. The problem is having to wait 30+mins to order and get your food. If theres more than 1 person ahead of you just go someplace else. No reason it should take 30mins just to get to the pay window. I’ve had shorter wait times at McDonald’s during peak dinner time while theyre understaffed

I know they are new, but we were missing part of our order and didn’t realize it till we were home, the type of chicken we requested was wrong, and we had to wait over 30 minutes at the restaurant after placing the order online at home. The downtown location is amazing and the food it twice as good too. I think I’ll drive downtown instead of this more convenient location.

They are doing a fantastic job for a brand new location! Food Is good and service was friendly. You can tell they’re still new and learning, our order was missing a few things and they were busy so we didn’t bother going back to get it fixed, but they’re doing a good job and you can see they’re still learning and getting into their groove. Can’t believe all the bad reviews.
