Honestly, I was so excited when this location finally opened. I placed a mobile order today, when I got home my “wings and things” was missing the chicken tenders completely. My boneless wings were boxed up like it was only a 5 count wing. I paid $13 for a $9 meal. I wanted fries with extra seasoning, and barely got any on them. The ladies were extremely nice, I’m just disappointed.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was looking for. The lobby was well kept and there were no problem’s! What really made my visit stand out, was the excellent customer service. Colin was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to make sure my order was correct and answering my questions without rushing me. It’s clear he cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Because of Colin’s great attitude and service, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Honestly, I was excited to come to enjoy Zaxbys for the very first time. I didn’t expect my fries to b dry, the chicken sandwich over cooked and was salty. I was highly disappointed. I would neva recommend or buy anything from here ever again. Not worth the price.
