The food was absolutely terrible. The fries weren’t even cooked and were still dripping with oil. Sandwiches were thrown in the bag and both of them were out of the loose fitting wrappers and sitting in the bag on top of the soggy fries. This is a place that you may want to stay away from.

Not very friendly and seem irritated by having to do their jobs. Only seem to take 1 or 2 orders and then waiting on them before going on to the next in line. I have sat in drive thru for 30 minutes or longer more than once they have no cares about people who are on a time limit for lunches or dinners

Employees are always terrible. Ignore customers and play on their phones. Why do I always get told to wait at the empty drive thru? Then nobody ever comes to take the order until I get tired of waiting and offer up a “helloo?”. Get to the window to pay, girls on their phones.

Never eat here my girlfriend got really bad food poisoning and we had hair in are food so don’t come here to eat ever. She couldn’t even get sit down she had to use the bathroom every 10 seconds. She had a jr cheese burger. Don’t go here very bad food and rude people to.

I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper, and received a double whopper. I asked for a couple items removed and everything was on it. The burgers on both mine and my son’s were hard and crunchy. The service was nonexistent. Overall terrible experience. On top of it all, went to contact BK about it, but they didn’t give me a receipt for proof of purchase.

I had the new Barbecue brisket burger and it was horrible. The brisket was so tough that it felt like I was biting into an old piece of beef jerky. It was basically a whopper with cheese and a slab of tough beef jerky in between. No barbecue sauce. I will not buy this again. It’s totally overrated and disgusting. I threw it out.

This is the worst restaurant. Order a drink and it’s warm no ice. Advertise for a the brisket and they claim sold out but there is not one sign stating they are out of brisket or ice. When you walk in the store is dirty the tables and floor have food crumbs all over. Employees act like they don’t care and act in a rude manner. I will not come to this store ever again.

Went to the one in Elmira. Gross and then tried the one in horseheads. Even grosser. No response. Spent $30 each time. Bs. Cookies were so old. We use them as a door stop now. Does anyone respond back to you?
