This is such a great find in the corner of the food court. The cashier TINA was efficient and super friendly as well as very knowledgeable about how to use our reward points for the purchase. Ans RILEY had the most amazing Voice calling out the orders. You couldn’t miss it. We ordered the classic single and the mushroom with truffles. Both were very good — hit the spot.

Great burgers, great customer service and everything made to order. We tried the classic single, single avocado bacon, and the mushroom truffle sub chicken for protein. All were good sizes and treated great. We also ordered smash fries and smash tots and I think the tots are, hands down, my favorites. My daughter also had a chocolate shake and gave it a 10/10. The smash sauce is a yellow mustard and mayo combo, maybe some dill relish. Great for dipping your tots in. *Update* just as delicious as the first time we went. Those smash tots are to die for.

The hamburgers here are awesome. The burgers have a grilled taste to them and slightly crispy on the edges. I ordered the Truffle mushroom swiss hamburger. The best. Strawberry shake is very tasty with bits of strawberries and topped with whip cream. The garlic rosemary fries were tasty but a bit dry.

It took 30 minutes for our food. Yes they were busy due to a football game. So I’m giving them a little grace. The service was terrible, the young man actually took his hat off a couple of times and rubbed his hands through his hair. When he went to grab our cups I said please don’t do that you really should go wash your hands. He totally ignored me. Are chicken tenders were cold and hard and the sweet potato waffle fries or terrible. I think they’ve been sitting for quite a while they were very cold and hard. I will never go back.

WITH ONLY 4 or 5 PEOPLE IN LINE IT SHOULDNT BE A 20-30 MINUTE WAIT FROM THE TIME YOU ORDER THE FOOD UNTIL YOU GET IT. MAYBE TAKE SOME TIPS FROM BURGERVILLE HAVE THE SHAKES PREMADE OR GO WITH A SOFT QUICK SERVE MACHINE. HIRE ONE EXTRA PERSON UP FRONT. MINIMUM 2 PEOPLE. My first time having a Smashburger. Not bad, I’d have one again. Fresh veggies, flavorful beef, American cheese and I had them add a fried egg. I’d leave the cheese off next time to get the full flavor of everything else. Smashfries were good, not over seasoned.

Ordering was quick and was given a remote tag to let you know when your order was ready for pickup. Sadly, it took about 20 minutes for a burger. When I got it, it was kinda messy in the way it was put together. While the meat was hot and cooked it was lacking seasoning. The bun was a bit too doughy and soft. The burger over all was okay, but nothing to write home about. (A bit overpriced at 14 bucks.)
