Ordered 2 pizzas using the app. Both delivered looking like the driver slammed on their breaks or dropped them. Called and was told they would remake and send it out for delivery. An hour later we finally looked outside and they delivered without even ringing the doorbell or knocking just left them sitting on the front porch for who knows how long making the pizzas cold. I used to never have any issues at the location near Shaw and West, but since they changed the location to Walmart they are just lazy and don’t care.

So I give a one star for the fact that this dude has not washed his hands once. He has opened the fridge door made so much stuff and no washing. Excuse me I stand corrected as he noticed me watching the whole time and has now washed his dirty hands. Gross! lol yes we ask for extra sauce but we didn’t expect to be like this crazy and we ask for extra cheese came out no cheese. Come on dominos you can do better than this.

We called and ordered pizza. I was recommended dominos, so we called to order Dinner for our family after working a 10 hour shift! I was tired and just wanted to get something for the kids to eat. The person who took our order over the phone told us the wrong location. It was way further out then they said. We ended up canceling the order. Come to find out it was located in a Walmart! SMH. Will not be ordering from dominoes ever again! Worst first impression!

Unfortunately, I was told to sit and wait. When the pizza was done, the would announce me and let me know.
I asked if the pizza was done and I was ignored. Then when I finally let them all know that I’ve been waiting for 45 min, they told me my pizza was done and waiting for me.
I looked on my receipt and my pizza had been waiting for me for over 20 minutes.
I had frozen food in my car waiting all that time.
When I tried to explain the person just said, “oh, enjoy your pizza.”
Seriously, don’t tell me to sit and I will be notified when my pizza is ready and then forget me. I had the only 2 pizzas being made at that time.
Completely irresponsible and neglectful to their customer.

I ordered our pizza on a Saturday night. 30 minutes after I placed and paid for the order they called to say they are out of chicken. I say ok and tell them to substitute pepperoni. They also tell me they only have one delivery driver and that my order could be up to two hours (the app said 50-60 minutes). I told them that was ok and we would wait.
An hour later I get an email saying my order had been cancelled.
So now my money is tied up for 2-5 business days and we don’t have dinner. All without so much as a call and appolgy from the store.
I was more than willing to be patient and wait the two hours for our delivery…
