Had an awesome first-time experience here. It was my mom’s birthday, and she was wanting something sweet, and I happened to find this hidden gem while looking for places around me. The person at the counter was amazing and made us feel very welcomed, and so did the guy in the back baking. The desserts are so fresh and delicious!! I highly recommend checking them out!!

My parents have raved about this place so we stopped in when we were all in St. Albans and wow!! The Macarons and cannoli were out of this world! I’ve been to France and I’d take these macarons all day! The cranberry one was the greatest sweet treat I think I’ve ever had.
Fantastic, personable staff. Even remembered by parents who stop in when they’re visiting from Massachusetts. This is truly a little hidden gem that delivers an exceptional list of items.

Love this bakery! These guys are the best! The cinnamon rolls so good I can’t even tell you! Absolutely delicious! They also did a fabulous job on my surprise birthday cake! It was marble, my favorite and it was so good! They did a great job, and I highly recommend them!

This is not a double layer cake that I was changed $45 dollars for. It’s a single layer cut in half and sold as a double layer. It’s not even 3″ tall. I’m very disappointed with this cake. A normal bakery cake that is double layer is 6″ tall this guy is taking advantage of people who think that they don’t know any better. Would not recommend unless you want taken advantage of. Should have just went to Spring Hill Bakery

I can’t say enough good things about Montanero Cakery! They made my wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect. We were getting compliments all night about how tasty it was. I wish I had taken more pictures after we took it out of the box because these don’t do it justice. Thank you to Jacob and everyone else at Montanero Cakery for making us the best cake for our big day!

I live several hours away so I finally made it in a few weeks ago while I was visiting relatives. I ordered several different macaroons, pepperoni rolls, chocolate mini bunt cakes with the white squiggly on top and 2 chocolate chip cookies with buttercream in the middle rolled in sprinkles. Everything was EXCEPTIONAL!! The best macaroons I have ever had. The mini bunt cakes were so moist, pepperoni rolls were fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable. Service was on point, bakery was neat and clean and the owners, Jacob and Greg were gracious hosts. The food was so good that I was wanting more by the time I traveled back home to Pocahontas County. Looks like I’ll be making more trips to St. Albans to get my sweet tooth fix. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend!!

Oh my,OH MY GOODNESS, Let me tell you about my experience here at the luscious Montanaro Cakery!
I got a Cherry cheesecake and Caramel English Toffee Scone and I had to try a piece of both and let me say they are the ABSOLUTE best I have ever had the luxury of eating!
I also got a lemon blueberry mini bundt cake Oh my word ,I wish I had got at least a dozen of those also I got a pepperoni roll hot out of the oven ,it almost didn’t make it home .
And to come to find out when I got to the store ,Jacob, one of owners was someone I had the pleasure of meeting at a store previously where he worked! It was also nice to meet his co -partner as well.
What a welcome to see him again!
Run as quick as you can and go check out this gem ✨️ of a place!

I went in cause a friend from our of town saw it and said we should check it out. Upon walking in you immediately smell the delicious aroma of the sweet treats. The cheesecakes are my favorite also I’d never tried a macaroon but I love them and there pepperoni rolls are delicious a must get and pretty affordable.

The sweet treats here are out of this world. The staff was so kind and friendly you just feel so welcomed. The deluxe peanut butter cookie I got was just everything I wanted and then some, yet not overwhelming peanut butter flavor or sweetness.
