Very easy to order and pick up. Didn’t have to talk to anybody, in fact nobody was there when I walked in. Just punched the number in the cart and get your stuff. I was a little disappointed that the food was made 15 minutes before it said it would be. I planned my trip around the time it said it would be done when I ordered it.

This place deserves 0 stars .. drive through if your not allowed to oder a pizza off drive thru then take it off the drive up menu. The third strike trying to order from this location nothing but issues. I’ve drove off three times without an order and never returning. Plus there’s a new pizza place across the street from them next to Raleys grocery store.

Thanks for all the terrible things you guys do! It wouldn’t be lake street drama without little Caesars being just as basic. If I can’t order 2 pizzas to be HOT AND READY AT 12 then when will you ever have anything g ready for customers? These bros run this place like their own club house and you will receive subpar, barely edible pizza and you shouldn’t look at their online menu because they don’t keep inventory up to date.
3 different times I have felt like I wasted my money.
From burnt, unrisen pizza to never having products in stock, this place is run by a bunch of “bros” that don’t give the customer any sense of urgency or concern for their order.
I called in my order, was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Perfect! Showed up 11 minutes later to be told it was still 8 minutes out. Okay.
Oh! There’s also no crazy sauce for the bread we ordered. Okay, cancel the bread, we’ll just take the pizza.
I proceed to stand in the lobby for 10 minutes without any update or even acknowledgement. As the next guests come and go, I hear him offer them all prepackaged sauces in exchange for the crazy saue they didn’t have in stock.
I was never offered an alternative sauce. I was only told there was no sauce.
Sodas weren’t stocked so I couldn’t even buy a drink.
