Customer service is always top tier!! Smiles and kindness! However, tonight I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and instead of hot fudge, it was just chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup. If you don’t have the ingredients to make something on the menu, let the customer know! Don’t have me out here paying for something I never wanted in the first place.

Stopped in for a quick bite and the dining area and drink station were pretty clean. My order came out in a decent time, and everything was hot and fresh. Staff were polite and kept things moving smoothly. They also have a little outdoor seating, which is nice if you want to sit outside for a bit. Overall, a convenient spot when you’re on the go.

I decided to treat myself to a Big Mac today. And let me tell you, I have never had such great and FRESH food! My Big Mac was not cold. The bun was so fresh it melted in my mouth. My whole order was brought to me at my table. I would recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. Best service and food!

When did McDonald’s get so expensive?? They have one hook – cheap fast food. It’s not cheap anymore, so I don’t think we’ll be back. Braum’s across the street is far better for about the same price. Bring back the dollar menu! What are you doing??

This location may be the worst I’ve visited. My order is wrong at least 50% of the time. That’s bad enough.
Today I waited 35 minutes for my order before requesting a refund and leaving. Manager Trevor is more concerned with keeping drive-thru times low than serving customers in the lobby. At least 25 customers were served after I ordered. There were several other tables waiting just as long. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

The lady working was very rude. I asked for a water and she just stared at me for a second didn’t say anything and then rolled her eyes at me and heavily sighed.

They get my order wrong pretty much every time. Whether it’s forgetting the sauce for the nuggets, forgetting the bacon on a bacon qtr pounder, or giving me a chicken biscuit instead of a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. It’s almost always wrong.
I will say the food that I do receive, which is almost always the thing I DID NOT ORDER, still tastes good.

So the don’t know how to lace the 2 lines they run and 3 cars get served before me ,also yesterday around 11:30 12 I asked when breakfast stops just so I know cause I figured I missed the window for it,that’s on me.they tell me and then follow up with but we can serve hotcakes anytime, very excited I get some. Try again today at 12 told that’s a lie. Can we please be on the same page?? I don’t come to McDonald’s for a lot of stuff I’d like to get the things I show up for. Do not come here if you unless you want to wait at least 15 minutes for order. It never fails. Currently about 15-20 in the lobby waiting on orders and drive through backed up. Very confused as to how this continually happens.

Ordered and was charged for the double Big Mac but only received a regular Big Mac. No one answers the phone when you have an issue with a drive up order. Not the service you used to get from McDonald’s.
