I’ve tried both the bowl and the burrito here, and honestly, they’re both great, but the spicy tortilla burrito is the standout. The tortilla alone is worth the visit. The chicken is flavorful, the veggies are fresh, and they have tons of topping and sauce options so you can really build it exactly how you want it.
Portions are fair — you definitely get a little more food with a burrito than a bowl, but both are fair for the price. Everything I’ve had off the line has tasted fresh, and the choices are a bit better than other spots.
The restaurant itself is huge, super clean, and has plenty of seating. Parking is easy, and the line moves fast. Staff is pretty straightforward.
One thing I really appreciate is how many options they give you: sauces, toppings, grilled burritos, everything. You can really customize your meal here.
Their app deals and rewards program are excellent. I’ll keep coming back just for how much value you get through the rewards alone.

I ordered via Uber Eats and I received cold nachos and potatoes. I ordered at 8:50 and though they close at 9:30 I should not have stone cold chicken, cheese, and potatoes. The tortilla chips weren’t on the side and are soggy. This is my first time trying them and I am highly disappointed.

This is my favorite location by far. I have visited several locations throughout DFW and this one is closest to my home. The staff is always nice and accommodating. Ask for Luis if you stop by.

I walked into freebirds with my family expecting good service and to revive why i was paying for, that is not at all what happened. I was blatantly scammed on the portions and when i asked for more i was told it waould be extra. This is absolutely unacceptable and the container in which my food lays is practically empty and weightless. i do not recommend this location at all.

Been looking forward to trying this place. Ordered door dash. Ordered a monster white chicken bowl and was given less chicken than chipotle and by less chicken I mean absolutely no chicken at all. Rice, Beans and veggies for $26. The monster size was just the same as a regular chipotle bowl.

My daughter is a fan of this location so I decided finally to try it. Maria gave me great suggestions on what meat I should have and so I went for the fajita white chicken and it was real juicy and flavorful. Also her suggestion of a sauce was great since I’m not a fan of spicy. Roasted tomatillo was fantastic. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was nice having two types of lettuce I could choose from as well. Will definitely suggest to friends and will be back.

I rarely come to freebirds but a friend told me to try it again…the food was awesome. The customer service was on point. They made sure I knew to sign up through the app and also gave me a free side of queso. The store was clean and the Christmas music was a vibe. Definitely will return. Also the jalapeño cheddar sausage I got to try was outstanding!!!

Came in on Friday. It was a very slow evening and you could tell the employees were kind of tired but the service i received was outstanding. Not sure of the young mans name but he made sure I was careful walking in because they were mopping the lobby. I ordered just a loaded queso with the jalapeño Cheddar sausage and Taj was awesome with that choice. She gave me a sample and I must say that should be a continued item and not limited time only. The chips were great. They were out of creamy jalapeño but she suggested the Chipotle crema and it was gosh darn it good. Next go around ill try the creamy jalapeño. Thanks freebirds!!!
