Waited a good 5 minutes before being greeted. What appeared to be the manager was more worried about how she looked making the coffees than the customers in front of her. I love Starbucks but this one is NOT hitting on too much. Took a couple sips and threw away our drinks (they tasted burnt/bitter)

I always receive excellent service at this location. My regular barista even checked to make sure there wasn’t a mistake with my mobile order when I added an extra shot to my espresso the other day (it was not a mistake, it was just a 3 shot kinda day). Even when they are short staffed and busy, you still get friendly greetings and smiles!

The what seemed to be the manager (Sophia I believe. Kinda middle aged white woman) was extremely unwelcoming & HARD to deal with! And by the looks of the comments recently, I’m not the only one that’s felt this way. My wife orders the SAME drink EVERY SINGLE TIME! She gets it from the drive thru, realizes it doesn’t taste right & says there’s no sweetener pumps in it. She goes in to get the sweetener added & Tyler was about to help us (he’s great!). Sophia comes up & grabs the drink to tell him he can NOT do that, throws it away & says “Oh so you want EXTRA sweetener?” My wife says “No, i want it to taste like it normally does when I order it 10+ times a month when I order the same drink” she says okay with this attitude. She proceeds to make the drink SO sweet it’s undrinkable. Regardless of your position in the location, if you get the most complaints about your drinks, let someone else make them.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited and it sucks cuz its the closest one to my house so i gave the spot plenty of chances lol i want them to be good so bad but the drinks are NEVER made correctly and the attitude of the baristas suck, they always look annoyed that youre there. Im not even one to really give out reviews but this place is so bad i just had to.

We ordered two caramel ribbon crunches for a treat after finding out from the drive-thru worker that the caramel brulé was out until possibly next season. We were treated with a friendly, positive worker how went out of her way to give us some insight into when we can expect it to come back if it does. Truly a great worker who left a positive impact on me and my family.

I love this starbucks! I go most of the time to get my açai drink with cold foam (recommend). I love the workers there, they’re really nice and talk to me like I’m their friend. Besides all that, the first time I went with my mom, this lady was ignoring us in the drive-thru line. She told us to pull up, we waited about 5-10 minutes, and then she got mad because we were blocking the way when we pulled up. She was giving everyone else their orders in the back of us. This sweet guy came up to us, apologizing for how she treated us and gave us our order

Friendly service. Although the service here is quite slow I like this Starbucks. People know how busy these Starbucks can be, especially in very heavily populated cities :/ Just don’t come here in a rush 🙂
