the food and service are fantastic. The atmosphere is ok but you can tell there is tension. The owners argue which really puts a damper on the mood of the place. It really is a great place, I just have a problem with owners bringing their personal problems into work and arguing loudly enough for us to hear.

They close at 9 on Friday we walked in at 8:30 after my son’s basketball game and the servers were absolutely awesome about it. We hate to go places so close to closing time but nothing except fastfood was open. The food was great and the service was better. Claire and KJ both took care of us and did a jam up job at making my wife and I feel welcome and made sure we were good the whole time. Great job ladies.

Tonight was my second time dining here. The first time the wait wasn’t very long for the food and it was good! Tonight was a whole different story. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins at least for my wings and fries. That is not an exaggeration. We asked a few times about our food rather than anyone explain why it was taking so long . If someone had come by a few times to apologize and let us know what was going on it would’ve made the situation better. After one hour and 30 minutes or so we finally received our food but after that no one came back to refill our drinks or bring the check. We went to check out and were told three people called out but not given a sincere apology. I think he took off our drinks which was a decent thing to do but a meaningful apology would’ve gone further. I suggest they work on customer service skills in the future, if there is one. I won’t be back!

This place is horrible. The food is overpriced. The staff treat you like garbage unless you’re the shining definition of perfect. They have zero respect for your privacy, and a long with all that they sometimes get the orders wrong. I will no longer support these people or The locals brand ( which by the way, is still big mikes. ( They changed the name to get more money)

I want to give a shout out to Chris in Geneva. We were not happy at all. She took over a table that was not even hers. We were on the brink of leaving. Just not a good experience. We were so excited for a new restaurant seafood . We have looked forward to all week. The beginning not good at all. But Chris stepped in she was so personable and pleasant.She apologized and recognized the issue no excuses just fixed it. She is a gem. Thank you Chris. Brooks and Tammie will always ask for you and have told many others.
