I was late to pick up my order. The guy at the Informed me that my fries have gotten stale. Instead of letting me walk away with my order. He remade fresh fries, right then and there. No questions asked. It was getting late and the fact he insisted shows me the integrity of this service. He needs a raise ASAP!

I have to add.. I was stuck in the parking here with a dead battery.. the manager (young female) was so nice.. she allowed the young man working behind the counter to come out and give my car a jump start. That was exceptional. Most places would not do that because of liability issues but I had been there all day with a dead cell phone (hence. The dead car battery) and I was desperate.. kudos to the management and the employees of this particular place.. it is hard to find people willing to help. I always stop here on the way back from the casino. I love this place. And charbroiled is the way to go. They probably get a lot of tourist travelers due to its locale but I would go out of my way just to come to this B.K. as opposed to a closer location just because they have been extremely nice here and their parking lot always has plenty of parking (and it’s more on the private side) for those peeps who don’t want to be bothered by poor souls like me stuck on the parking lot with dead batteries.

Overall the service in this location was quite good, the people there were friendly and the food itself was actually quite delicious… Overall a great experience and at the end the lady at the front called me THE KING and gave me a crown !!!…. She was so nice, and personally it made my day/ morning….
