We visit here at least once a week! we’ve yet to find a dish that isn’t 10/10, the raspberry and savory French toast is SO good. their sandwiches are amazing, bacon is amazing. we have no complaints. staff is super friendly and efficient, Megan (waitress) is so kind to everyone. Our favorite place to go.

Typical diner, drive in and dive atmosphere. Cute theme. Portions were generous, food was yummy. We visited on a Saturday morning and one waitress, Megan, was handling the whole floor. She was stellar. Attentive, above and beyond service. Would come back just for that!

EDIT: Our server, Megan Lee Ann, decided to take it upon herself and slander my family online calling us liars and how we love to destroy small businesses. Insanely unprofessional and untrue. The owner still has yes to contact us to make things right

We waited just over an hour for our food (party of 4, we all got sandwiches). Food was typical greasy diner food, except we all got food poisoning and are paying the price. Only giving 2 stars because our poor waitress was running pretty much the entire restaurant by herself so have to give her credit there.

We are semi frequent breakfast eaters at The Pump, and it’s always delicious.
This morning was incredibly busy, the kind of busy that can really frazzle a server, but Kristy (maybe Christie?) was phenomenal! She was friendly, attentive, moving just as fast as she could and keeping everything running smoothly. The food was excellent, the coffee was kept full, the vibes were vibing, and the service was top notch!
Give that gal a raise, because she’s the kind of server that makes the whole joint, and keeps people coming back.

With 2 previous poor experiences, we gave it one more shot. This third try was the worst. We got there at 9:50am for Saturday brunch. The restroom was disgusting with dried poop splatter all over the bowl, pink slimy mold in the sink drain and the top of the soap pump. There was no tp and the floor was a mess. Once we got a table, that was sticky mind you, my menu had some kind of wet, gooey food stuck on it and had to use my napkin to clean it just to be able to hold the menu. But wait, there’s more… It took 34 minutes to get a cup of coffee and no refills were offered until we were ready to leave. I ordered 2 pancakes and they were dry and crunchy. My husband’s chicken fried steak was small and underwhelming. We will not be returning. Ever.

What a great little place for a cafe! Very cute interior, friendly and fast staff, food came pretty quickly. My (adult) son loved the eggs Benedict. I had the fat French toast and wasn’t too impressed. It was mostly just a chuck of dry bread since the egg mixture isn’t soaked through, not even a little. Maybe if they offered a “skinny” version I would have enjoyed it more traditionally. The sausage links WERE SOOOOOO GOOD, I could eat 12 and still want more. Cute place, worth a try!

Loved the food and staff but they struggled all morning to fill orders. We stood near enough to the kitchen to hear the nearly constant conversations about orders still waiting or missing items. As a result, parties sat for a really long time waiting for food which meant the wait for a table also was probably longer than it should have been. Everything we did get was really good. French toast was good, bacon was nicely prepared and the egg dishes all were liked as well.

This place used to be so good. I went back today and was sorely disappointed. I’m not going back. They were out of more than four things including potatoes. The good ingredients have really gone away and been replaced with the cheapest stuff they could probably find. The ham tasted like it had turned, the bread was stale and the English muffin was very stale. I had a patty melt and the hamburger was dry and very small. The French fries were the frozen crinkle kind which was the best part of the whole meal. I am very sorry to post this but this place used to have a wait list every weekend and the food was so good, worth waiting for. I don’t know if this was due to Covid or what but I would avoid this place.

Loved this place! We went on January 1st. The waitress and staff were so kind. Food was absolutely amazing. Overflowing, goodness. Great quality breakfast/ brunch for sure for me and my husband. The honest, down to earth waitress was one of the kindest we’ve had in years! Thank you!
