Visited on their grand opening on 1/30/25 between 2-2:30pm. Should’ve waited a couple weeks for the new business hype to die down & kinks worked out; Middle of the afternoon and swamped. Ordered a meal, fries were missing. Dined in and for some reason they still call out my name even though they gave me one of those table tops (of 2 colors) to have it brought to me. Don’t get the point in them when there isn’t anything identifiable other than 2 different colors… staff have to go around asking if your this person that the order is under, Why not just simply use numbers? Soft drinks are not self-serve, so if you want a refill you have to go up & wait in line again… less efficient.

Come here often but seem to get the wrong food a lot. I should not have to check the bag every single time. I specifically asked for sauce for the nuggets several times and when I got home nothing not even one. Also a kid that works there came in with his friends was behind the counter in street clothes and very loud and disruptive. Do better….

My salad had so much rotten lettuce i was afraid to eat the good stuff. I asked them to substitute warm spicy chicken instead of cold and instead I got a plain grilled chicken patty they didn’t cut up for the salad for some reason. They mis heard me ordering and I had to fill in the gaps at the window also. Ended up on the road hungry and disappointed

I’m not sure why this location just can’t seem to get it together when it comes to mobile orders. Every single time I place an online order, they can’t seem to find it and it ends up taking twice as long. I love chick fil a but this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. My orders are rarely ever correct, they sure do take a long time, and the employees are rude.

Very good service. The line was out to the road but we got our food in just 12 minutes. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. My girlfriend got a three piece chicken tenders. By far the very best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. I will definitely be returning to this establishment. They’re the clucking best! ❤️

I got $40 worth of food (to go) and was disappointed overall. All of our fries were stale and hardly warm, soggy sandwich, one of my kids didnt get their drink with their kids meal (which we got in a bag with a broken bottom), and we got no sauces (they asked us if we wanted!!). Everyone there was very nice and the place seemed clean but for the price and overall quality of the food vs price, i dont think i will be a returning customer.

Food is good as always. The first Chic Fil A visit where my order was not 100% correct. Ordered a large meal and wa brought medium fries and drink. My girlfriend order a DP with her order and received a Diet DP. The people were nice.

I’ve had very pleasant experiences every time I’ve visited so far. The drive-thru is faster than some others in town despite being busier, and the inside is very pleasant and clean. The food here has been some of the best I’ve had from any Chick-fil-A location, the chicken has been perfectly cooked, and the vegetables fresh. The fries have been great as well, but I do think the first time I visited (the second day since being opened) the fries were not quite cooked thoroughly, but I haven’t had that problem since.
Overall I’m very glad Chick-fil-A is now in town, and it’s being run very splendidly by an awesome team.
I very much recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone and everyone!
