I was debating between Grapefruit & Thyme and another pie shop close by and I’m glad we picked Grapefruit & Thyme!
The shop is adorable! Nice and clean. The owner is so sweet and helpful. Their first year anniversary is October 18! That’s why they didn’t have that many reviews.
Now to the food, we got 1 brisket and 1 chicken pot pie hand pies, as well as cameral apple pie and a mint chocolate brownie. Everything is delicious. My husband devoured the apple pie and the brownies. The hand pies are as big as my hands and super yummy, tons of meat.
I’m so sad today is our last day in this area. I think we’re gonna plan a trip back simply just to eat more pies!!

Amilia! She was super sweet and eager to answer any questions I might have. This place not only has sweet pies but also savory pies to the menu! I tried the premium brisket pocket pie and it was super tasty – had a good balance of meat and onions in every bite.
Ambiance was good! Cute decor and employees were fast to clean up tables as guests left. I need to come back and try their sweet pies!

Their Dutch Apple is literally the best apple pie we’ve ever had. It’s the perfect combination and ratio of pie crust, generous fresh apples, and streusel brown sugar oat topping!
Their veggie pot pie is absolutely divine! So much delicious lentil protein, nutrients, and vegetables. On behalf of all of us who have garlic intolerance, we thank you a million times for making this garlic-free!
We’re going to order both of these pies again, but this time the 9 inch instead of the 6 inch size. And we can’t wait to try all of your other garlic-free vegetarian savory options that your chef adds in the future (fingers crossed)!

This place is really good! So many options of sweet and savory pies. Yesterday we went and had the crème brûlée baby pie and let me tell you. It was heaven! So much filling inside and the caramelized sugar crust was divine!! We have had their savory pies too to feed my family of four and they are delicious. Highly recommend this place for on the go meals you throw into the oven!

I quite literally do not have enough words to describe how amazing this place is! The people here seem to truly love what they do and it shows! The pies are always amazing- they have the flakiest crusts and fantastic flavor. The restaurant itself is super cute and the decor is well thought out. I will 100% keep coming back and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and amazing food, and awesome people!

I am an incredibly picky person and yet I have enjoyed everything I have tried from this place! The peppermint bark and eggnog pie were insanely good, the lemon pocket pie was incredible. Even the savory pies! The place is super cute and the staff were so friendly. Only took down a star because the location is a bit awkward and easy to miss.

My brother got two pies for our family after I had my first baby and wow!! Best pies I’ve ever had!! The French silk was the absolute best, I normally dont like French silk all that much but loved this. Even the crusts of the pies are so good- definitely the best dessert in Utah
