The food was already great, but Paula’s service is what really made this visit stand out. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you go to Thai Dishes, definitely ask for Paula. She made this a 10/10 experience and I’ll absolutely be coming back.
The food was fantastic. The tom yum soup was outstanding — perfectly balanced with that classic Thai combination of sour, spicy, and aromatic flavors. Every spoonful had depth and warmth.
The fried rice was savory, fragrant, and cooked just right with that subtle wok flavor that makes fried rice so satisfying.
And surprisingly, the green beans were one of the best we’ve had anywhere. It’s a simple dish, but they nailed it — crisp, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
But what really made the experience special was the service. The woman helping us, who we believe is the owner, treated us like we were part of her family. She was incredibly warm and generous — offering us complimentary Thai iced tea, fortune cookies, and even letting us try different sauces to pair with the food. It didn’t feel like we were just customers; it felt like we were guests in her home.
The ambience inside the restaurant also deserves recognition. The decorations, artwork, and overall atmosphere really make you feel like you’re somewhere in Thailand. It’s warm, charming, and thoughtfully decorated in a way that makes the dining experience feel special and authentic.
Between the amazing flavors, heartfelt hospitality, and beautiful atmosphere, this place delivers more than just a meal — it’s a memorable experience.
We’ll definitely be coming back.
If you like Thai tea, give it a try.
I’ll make sure to come back and try some other dishes like pad Thai or spring rolls. Hopefully Paula will be there again.
