Me and my boyfriend were going to try this place out. Walked inside and immediately hit with a very foul smell, just to realize that their “fresh” food was sitting in buckets over a heater! The workers at the front appeared confused and were not very enthusiastic when we asked if all the food came from the buckets. They seemed embarrassed, and my boyfriend and I lost our appetite and promptly exited. Disappointed to say the least.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering! We door dashed a steak bowl, teriyaki chicken, spring rolls and sushi and ALL had at least one element that tasted off. The spring rolls tasted sour and immediately made my tongue tingle for over half an hour! The steak bowl tasted sour and was tough as rubber, the teriyaki sauce had a strange taste as well as the sushi. We were afraid to even give it to our dog and had to throw it all away. The only thing on point was the white sauce! We have been feeling sick since we attempted to eat it 2 hours ago and will never roll the dice on this restaurant again. Not sure what’s going on here but hopefully this will help keep someone else from wasting their money!

No clear organization or management. Several easy to spot health code violations and extremely poor service. One grill is not enough to keep up with the amount of orders pouring in.
There were so many orders they were getting confused and making a lot of mistakes. Waited for more than an hour to get a takeout order #85 – several orders that ordered after us (#92 and 93 specifically in store but also about 6 or so doordash orders) were filled before ours were even started. There was a group of 6 waiting on orders made before ours sitting at a table! They also had a line up of several entrees in containers just sitting out getting cold and no one seemed to know what they were for. More emphasis seemed to be put on doordash orders than customers actually in the building. I took the time to come to your restaurant not order sitting on my ass at home. Pretty freakin shoddy service all around. Honestly, the food is genuinely good but really not worth the hassle.

I ordered a shrimp hibachi via doordash and the whole thing was just sour. Not sure if it’s because of the sauce or what but it’s gross. I added noodles and broccoli for an up-charge but the broccoli was yellow and mushy and noodles were sour and the shrimps were super small. Don’t recommend.

Have been coming here since they opened. After it went under new ownership several years ago it went down some but came back up. The last few times I’ve been here I’ve been highly disappointed. The one good thing was the friendly staff. There was no ice in the ice machine. The sauce and drink area could have used some cleaning. As I sat there I noticed some food on the floor in various areas and under various tables. The smell of the cleaner they were using on the tables was very strong. It went away while eating but came back when I was done. The steak was over cooked in my meal however the teriyaki chicken was decent. The rice was not the normal tasting rice the broccoli was a little hard as if not fully cooked and I’m pretty sure if they used 6 herbs and spicers to cook the food 5 of them would be black pepper. The mushrooms zucchini and onions were heavily peppers and the rest of what I had cooked on the grille had a slight not as bad pepper taste. The white sauce didn’t do much to help. As someone else mentioned in another review there was a slight gnat and fly problem. Sad to see what this place is becoming after so many good years here. I used to eat here multiple times a month. I ended up tossing out most of my food due to taste and quality even though the look of it was decieving of the flavor. They also took up the tea urns a 1/2 before closing so that people couldn’t get refills. With the amount of staffing standing around on phones and the lack of people in the restaurant eating there is no reason it should be in this condition.

The sushi rice was way overcooked and glue texture. Disgusting. The chicken hibachi was delicious. Also they messed up my order, I asked to add cucumber and cream cheese to crab roll, but instead I got plain crab roll, and another roll with only cucumber and cream cheese. Will not come back. The staff was friendly tho. My daughter only ate insides of the sushi because of the rice.

I dislike writing this review because I used to visit this place frequently. However, during my recent visit with my boyfriend a couple of nights ago, the atmosphere was terrible, and the staff was even worse. There was a young lady at the cashier dressed as a cat, with cat-themed makeup, which I believe is inappropriate for a work environment.
While my boyfriend and I were eating, we noticed tiny roaches crawling up the wall, which completely disgusted us. We decided to leave immediately. I don’t know what has happened to this establishment to cause such a decline, but it really should be shut down. This place is unsanitary and appears to be in violation of multiple health codes!

This place has all the potential in the world and is in a great location. I don’t know what has happened recently if it’s the people they’ve hired.
Let me just say if you like beard hair and dandruff in your chicken, your steak overcooked, and the taste of soap and sourness and the tea, you’re going to love this place.
That’s right. I found a guy’s bearded hair in my chicken, every time I get steak here it’s overcooked, and I don’t know what the hell is in that tea, but I don’t think that they sanitize or clean properly.
It honestly looks like they’ve hired some lazy people and you’re getting these results. Whoever owns this. Fix your business or you’re going to implode.
As I sit here and read other reviews, there is a common theme I am seeing of sour unsatisfactory food. Dirty environment. Okay staff. And worst of all, I see responses from the owner saying these things will be addressed and those comments are over 8 months ago and these issues are consistently happening.
Sincerely never coming back.

I love getting lunch here because it’s close to my work but it’s sooo unkept 🙁 it’s clearly dirty every where in the whole place. The girls up front always take care of me great but you can clearly see that there needs someone in charge of this place that holds it to a higher standard.
