Overall good experience. Food was great. Facility seems to be well managed. I did notice wet floor cones X 3 in the dining room but no wet floors. Restrooms were locked & needed attention. A few light bulbs were not working.

I had such a great experience at the drive-thru today! The employee(Antquan ) helped me was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. They greeted me with a genuine smile, spoke clearly, and made sure my order was correct without rushing me. He recommended the jalapeno bites , they were so good. I only got 4 and I will be going back to get more. His customer service is wonderful.

I asked for fresh food. I ordered the original chicken sandwich no mayo, add tomatoes, mustard and cheese cut in half. I received and chicken sandwich with extra mayo (drenched) and none of the changes I asked for. The onion rings were Luke warm. The jalapeño cheese bite were fresh. I called the restaurant and got no answer.

They would rather argue with and get rude with a customer rather than accept a simple request. If you do manage them to take you requests, dont expect to have it done right. I asked for spicy glaze. Either on a certain sandwich or on the side. Which seems to be the most impossible thing.

I haven’t been to this location in a long time. However today 4/23/24 @2pm I just had the best experience. I got a double whopper with cheese just the sandwich no combo. Everyone was so nice and sweet. The older lader at the register was super nice. The super young lady at the window was such a breathe of fresh air. She said your awesome or something like that lmao I was just so shocked at the great service. Then I opened my whopper it looked just like the pictures lol. I just think they deserve their props because this was top tier customer service from a fast food restraunt. Not going to lie my day was just a regular day not bad or good. However they really did put a lot of effort in my order and I think now a days that is rare. Thank you two ladies for being awesome.

With all of the scams going on I’m not sure why drive thru employees are allowed to have their phones. I was there on November 19th around 5:00pm and notice that the woman at the window pulled out two phones after scanning my card. Why they all were in the same hand before handing it back to me, I don’t know ♀️. It seems sketchy if you ask me.
