Server was so lovely, friendly and super helpful! Cook in the back knows how to throw it down. The iceberg wedge salad was so good! The perfect amount of dressing and sweet balsamic complimented the bacon. The Detroit style pizza was cooked to crisp. Sooo yummm. Food came out relatively fast. Location is so good being right by the water. Parking off the street was plentiful when we went and garage is nearby.

Good beer, delicious pizza, kid friendly. Left with more than one can of their beer to go. It made for a nice pit stop on our way back to Olympia.
The only problem? They’re too far away!

So impress with the Detroit style pizzas here. With a party of 12 we sat outside, the view of the river was nice and relaxing.
Ordered the Cutless Supreme, Greektown, Dial “P” for Pepperoni and the Mafia Busboy. All very good and with great taste. Also ordered the Hazel’s Garden(salad) and Penny’s bread sticks. Yum. Our over all experience was perfect. And our waitress was awesome and very attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

Tasty and delicious but not perfect yet. We had the Double Vision and North Shore. North Shore was definitely our favorite. They put a big dollop of marinara sauce on each piece of pizza. Maybe this is typical of deep dish but it was a little too much. But I scraped off a little and enjoyed it a lot more. Service was really friendly, but we did wait about 45 minutes for pizza on a Saturday night at 7:15. Atmosphere is great outside and clean but nothing fancy inside

The hazy IPA I had was fantastic. I was shocked how good the beet and burrata salad was considering this a brewery. The gluten free crust pizza was decent. Nothing to write home about. I will definitely be coming back for the regular crust pizza soon.

“Cadillac margherita”.. It was terrible. Supposed to be gluten free crust, but made my stomach hurt. I am only gluten sensitive (not celiac) so cross contamination is fine, but I highly doubt they made this correctly if it made my stomach turn… not worth $30.

Great Detroit Style Pizza at a place with amazing views and good beer. Parking can be a little tough, but if you’re patient, it’ll work out. Lots of windows so it’s a great people watching place too.

Had lunch at Ruse Crust Collective in Vancouver, WA, and absolutely loved it. It’s hands down one of the best deep-dish pizzas I’ve had in the PNW. They were very accommodating with customizations, which I really appreciated. I ordered the Greek Town, and the flavors were incredible—bold, well-balanced, and fresh. The crust was perfection: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
It was a beautiful sunny day, and the outdoor seating overlooking the waterfront made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

My friend and I were walking by and the delicious smell of this place made us stop. The owner is very nice and helped us decide which pizza to order. It was delicious and a unique style of pizza!
