Never been pizza huts biggest fan. My kiddos love it so we order it most often. Daniel the manager at the 47th location is always so polite, kind and will to help correct any mistakes, either sotre or customer errors. We order from this location just for that reason. Good customer service should always be recognized!

We order from here occasionally and the last two times have been terrible. They gave me a half sauce and half cheese pizza when I ordered a regular plain Jane cheese pizza. Then I got raw uncooked 2 large pizzas, call to get them remade, cool no problem. Over an hour later no show, no pizza, I call the store a dozen times… Nothing. I call corporate, 1-2 business days to hear anything. We just wanted pizza for dinner.

Orders from this store are constantly wrong. Today they switched my crusts. My husband hates the thinness of a stuffed crust pizza and I hate the thickness of the original hand tossed crust. I am pizza enclusive so I only order stuffed crust as a special treat for my son and I as my husband dislikes the texture of the overall pizza.
I called the store and they offered to remake the order or give a credit for the original subtotal up to $30. My order was almost $34. I’m over it. We choose the credit option. If you want to use said credit you must call the store and place your order over the phone, I had to ask how to use the credit to learn this.
This is probably the 12th time I’ve ordered delivery from this store. There has never been an order that was correct. I’ve tried Grub Hub, Pizza Hut app and the Pizza Hut website, nothing helps. If the issues are minor I just let it go. The problem is that it’s every order.

Ordered a treat box for dinner in anticipation of pizza, breadsticks, and a desert. Pulled up to the hut lane and sat there for 10 mins, no one came to the window. Drove around to go inside to pick up my order, only to stand there for 5 for mins without anyone in sight. A girl finally comes around the corner and then immediately follows the manager. In which I must say the manager (Jacob) became very irate upon being questioned why i sat in the “hut lane” for 10 minutes unnoticed and then to come inside and no one is in sight. Very unprofessional!!
To top it off i get my order home and instead of getting my desert that’s included in the treat box, (I Ordered cinnamon sticks) I ended up with 2 sets of breadsticks, how disappointing!!!

As a former long-term employee of Pizza Hut I am beyond pleased with the 47th and Broadway location. The pizza was ready on-time, proper portions, toppings spread correctly and absolutely DELICIOUS!! The gentleman that helped us at the window was professional and very nice. Thank you for your hard work!! Your GM should be very proud.

I had a personal pan pepperoni pizza at 7:45pm. Other than the pizza not having enough pepperoni slices (only 8 slices) it was good. The pizza was nice and hot with good flavor. Service was ok and price was decent.

I placed an order thru the app for a delivery. I specifically chose Pizza Hut bc I needed delivery and Doordash can never find my address. So I ordered Pizza Hut specifically to avoid that frustration. However, my delivery order was picked up by Doordash and wouldn’t you guess it…after TWO hours, my Dasher messaged me they couldn’t find it and asked me to meet them 2 miles away or the order would need canceled. I wasn’t able to meet so the driver canceled my order. I tried to call the Pizza Hut store to have a refund processed for the order but the phone rang endlessly every time I tired. I contacted customer service and received an email saying the store manager would contact me within 3 business days to address the issue. It has been well over a week since I received that email and I have yet to be contacted and still have not received the refund. I’m out almost $60 for food i did not receive and I am extremely disappointed that this is taking SO much effort on my part, to resolve. 0/10

Very rude Pizza Hut employees at this store. I go in for my order (that I ordered online mind you) says that they’re gonna put it in the oven in 5 minutes. There was only 3 people there. Makes no sense. Very lazy and very rude. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. They could learn a thing or 2 from the one in Delano. So embarrassing for Wichita.
