My overall experience here was great. The restaurant did an amazing job keeping everything very clean—from the chairs and tables to the bathrooms and even the walls. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a nice design that feels cozy and welcoming. It’s a great place for a date or to celebrate someone’s birthday.
I recommend this location because the food was delicious and the service was excellent. They even celebrate birthdays with a nice complimentary flan. Everything tasted great, and the tortillas were handmade. From the drinks to the food, it was an overall great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Rosa Madera in Santa Ana is a total must-visit. The food is incredible, the staff is beyond attentive, and the vibe is unmatched. Every detail—from the stunning decor to the unique tableware—is a visual treat. It’s spotless, stylish, and the perfect spot for a big celebration or just a random ‘treat yourself’ dinner. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!

I had a great meal and time here! Recommend you visit you won’t regret it 🙂
I visited on a Tuesday night and it wasn’t very busy, but there were a lot of birthdays which makes sense as it definitely gives celebration vibes. Our server was amazing and was super attentive and quick with any request we made, while remaining polite. Food was delicious, everything I ate was great and there wasn’t one thing I didn’t like. For reference I got Birria Chimichangas, Molcajete, Churro Puffs, Aqua de piña, Horchata. Think total was like $80ish, not bad for a night out if you ask me.

Had a great time here with festive atmosphere. Feels like a Mexican Cheesecake Factory as there were tons of birthdays being celebrated.
Chicharonnes appetizers hit the spot and their drinks were good. Food tasted alright and filled me up. Not the place to go for best value deals though.

Food was good, the drinks were good, the service was great. Atmosphere was good, good music playing, and the aesthetic of the place is cool. The wood and roses vibe with the dim lights. Good for a dinner date or family dinner or Birthday celebration. They do a whole cake, song, and hat Bday celebration.

The Mariachi and live music build an enjoyable atmosphere. The food is delicious and the drinks don’t disappoint. Gaby is a awesome server. She made great recommendations and checked on us periodically to make sure we had all we needed. Will definitely be returning!

Great service, my dish “Ranchera A LA Plancha” was really good. I also ordered “Aguachille Ceviche Verde” was okay. Needed a little doctoring, otherwise I probably wouldn’t order it again. It was pretty loud while the mariachi played. It seem a good place for family or work gatherings. The floor seemed to accommodate a little more than a hundred guests. The atmosphere will definitely quench anyone’s nostalgic need of back home. But for me it’s a bit much. Parking is free but a bit tight, since it’s shared with other business. The cost for everything order on a party of 2 was $$$$ out 5. The mariachi cut out at 3pm. Today is Sunday not sure what time they finish during the week.

Love the vibe once I walked in , neatly decorated and very clean , hostess had a big smile and was friendly the min our party walked in. Our server was friendly he knew the menu inside and out which was cool. I ordered the Cafe de olla and cerviche tropical the cerviche was amazing fresh , plenty of zest the right amount spice and super large portion. We got complementary flan for a birthday we we’re celebrating . This spot is worth it and I’ll definitely come back to see if it stays consistent.

The food was just okay and they don’t list in the menu everything that’s in the food so there were some onion surprises for people who don’t like onion. Also, everything came out quite quickly and at the same time. Appetizer and main course. The food wasn’t bad, just not almost $100 for two people good. The service was fine and the atmosphere was kitschy. I’m pretty sure the price is mostly the atmosphere, TBH.
