I enjoyed meeting some friends there. The ambience was a bit sterile, but acceptable. The waitress was really fantastic. The beer list was pretty good. The food was a little bit less than average. The nachos were excellent. The pork tenderloin was so fried that it did not taste like a tenderloin. There were no healthy options so to speak. Nevertheless, it was in enjoyable evening.

My wife and I have had nearly the entire menu, and everything is amazing! The wait staff, especially Ebbonie and Jezeila, have always greeted us with genuine smiles and a sincere desire to make our visits memorable. I highly recommend their pizza, the New York strip, and my wife loves their Shrimp! They know who we are because we always wear Ohio State gear! Go Lucky’s and Go Bucks!!!

We always like eating here in the am after we check out of the hotel. The food isn’t that impressive but the ppl are really nice. We had a tenderloin meal with fries. The sandwich was a little too raw for us but the fries were really good. It’s not terrible pricing. We usually get something different every time. If we do get this again, we’ll make sure we let her know to cook it a little longer

We had the most outstanding waitress that you could have asked for. We were with a group that came in and sat down at our table and it was constantly changing. Our meal was very fluid, and our waitress kept track of everyone coming and going and was outstanding and polite the entire time. She waited on this without standing service and always with a smile on her face our food was great and above average and always hot and was always correct. We asked to have a bloody mary happy hour in the morning and the restaurant accommodated us. Would love to come back.

Extremely unorganized, staff doesnt know their head from rear end. Was asked if we wanted drinks, walked away, then 20 mins later asked us what kind of drinks we wanted. Management working the hostess stand, Walks away, gets her own drinks/menus etc. – not concerned about her employees and what they are needing or out of at the bar. Constant employees walking up to the bartender asking for their drinks , while the bartender is waiting on tables on the other side of the restaurant& getting her own drinks and every one else’s.
Came here for a drink. Went over to the casino. Came back to eat before attending a show . Extremely disappointed. Due to weather – have no other options on somewhere to go & be back in time.
Feel bad for half of the servers trying to take care of an overwhelming amount of tables & not enough workers.
Looking around and over half of the restaurant does not have drinks … Holding menus staring around wanting helped.

I really wanted to like this place. But it’s disgusting. The flies were so unbearable we couldn’t even eat our room temp food. My salad was brown. It was very humid. The server was terrible. She seemed like we were inconveniencing her no matter what we said. The ticket said Symphoni but I don’t know if that’s her. Sad start to my anniversary.

Lucky’s is a great place for a quick meal. Breakfast through supper, they offer a lot of options.
My husband had the chicken Alfredo. He said it was very good, the side of green beans with bacon being a bonus. I ordered the nachos, not realizing it was enough for three people! Delicious with every topping you could want. Chicken or beef available.
Worth your stop by the casino. Enter through the hotel entrance to avoid the crowd.

Brooklyn told me we should have checked our check before we paid. So keep an eye out because it’s customers fault they don’t know how to properly ring a check.
