Top tier in every way!!! The food, the chef and the service were all outstanding. I was excited to try their food as I’ve heard a lot from my friends. I’m so glad this was the place I chose today. We had the butter chicken, samosas, garlic naan and mango lassis—everything was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m honestly shocked at how Spice Venue handled this. I found a dead cockroach in my biryani—something that should NEVER happen in any restaurant. When I contacted them, they said they would give me compensation, but then completely ignored my messages afterward.
This is not just bad service, it’s dangerous. A restaurant serving contaminated food AND ignoring customers after admitting the mistake? That’s unacceptable. People deserve to know how careless they are.

Very inviting atmosphrese, the manager personally recommended dishes tailored to our tastes, which made the meal feel even more special.
His warmth behaviour stood out—he thoughtfully offered us a sweet dish without us even asking. That kind of genuine care and hospitality is rare. Delicious food, attentive service and a truly kind-hearted host. Spice venue is highly recommended!

I was impressed by the quick service and the food, which was nicely spicy and full of flavor giving importance to their name “Spice Venue”. One of our orders was placed incorrectly—we wanted fried paneer masala but received cauliflower instead—but the team immediately took care of it and prepared the correct dish. On rating points – it’s a clean, well-service restaurant with good food and adding charm on dinner.

Had great experiences in the past, but this last order was rough and the staff was very unprofessional about the issues at hand. We put in an online order, went to pick it up and it hadn’t been received by their system (but money was already withdrawn from the account), told to wait another 30 minutes, and ended up waiting over an hour from when the original pickup was assigned. The hostess rudely suggested that we should have called to confirm the order (what’s the point of online ordering, especially with their personal system?) When we got the food home, we found a dead bug in the packaging. Makes me wonder what the condition of the kitchen is. We will never be ordering from here again.

The menu is impressively extensive, whatever dish you’re craving, chances are they have it. Lunch hours can get quite busy, so be prepared to wait, which really speaks to how popular this spot is.
