February 18, 2021 lunchtime at Wendy’s. The location appeared to be clean. The burger I got was a double stack. The burger was good. The fries tasted a bit like the grease needed to be changed in the fryer. The pink lemonade I ordered was good as well. Overall the food was not bad other than the fries. However it felt as if the employees were in the back hanging out opposed to being at work. You heard a lot of talking amongst each other about stuff the customer should not here as far as the delivery truck and people in the drive-through line making orders with the employees not happy about filling the orders, Cursing and so forth. Even though the food was not bad I do not believe I would return to this location just because it was not a pleasant dining in experience.

À lady by the name of cheeky when I stated her first name employees her name is cheeky and she had terrible customer service . She even threatened to smack me if I didn’t pull up to wait for fresh food .

Clerk was really short, she cut me off told me pull up before I was finished. I said hello at the speaker and she yelled I told you pull up. I said I wasn’t finished and she yelled pull up !!! Pull up told her I need to order something else but she cut me off. She said i couldn’t order at the window. WTC !!!! Mind you this was at 11pm and no other customers!!!

If I could give this Wendy’s no stars I would, this one SUCKS, the workers here are the worst!! They are so disrespectful, one literally yelled from the drive through window to the mobile app parking for me to come pick up my food from their instead of them bringing it out. 5/9/25 I ordered a son of a baconator & a Asiago chicken sandwich. When I got my food, the order was wrong & had gotten a classic chicken sandwich instead. I brushed it out. Within hours of eating the food, I was sick, running fever… I got food poisoning, I eat at this Wendy frequently & never experienced this before.

I live in the area and from the other reviews, trust me it always smells like horrible grease. The girl at the window gave me an attitude cause after they were out of chocolate shake (understandable) she tried to tell me a vanilla frosty doesn’t exist. She continued to say “so you got your card right? Bye.” When I was just asking for a substitute for a chocolate. All I had on my order was that and some fries but the attitude was unexpected.
