Let me just say great staff and the breakfast biscuits I ordered were made to perfection. Generally I’ll just post the review grade and keep it moving, however I had to personally tell the cooks those were probably the best breakfast biscuits I’ve ever had.

3 piece chicken tenders were so small and dry, fries were cold and dry, double cheeseburgers were bland. I was told I couldn’t receive a buy one get one for a dollar deal because the two items weren’t the same after I got to the window, the cashier said I couldn’t change my order because the food was already in the system. No receipt was given.

Ät 11:22am on 2/26/2026 I saw your cook open a bag of tortillas WITH HER TEETH. Also the double cheeseburger was cold and over cooked. The chicken wrap was luke warm.

We literally stood at the counter for 28 minutes waiting on a chicken biscuit and a breakfast burrito. Need I say more. Fast food at this place is the complete opposite. Very friendly staff but completely dysfunctional in operations.

STOP GOING HERE OFF 95… I’ll let you know when it gets better… I got robbed of my hot dog today. I work 3rd shift so there’s no going back to get refund today.

The biscuit lady makes good biscuits when she’s there, and the lunch shift TYPICALLY is OK… today though, inspired me to remind EVERYONE who reads these reviews to just skip to the next one. Hit and miss is the best way to describe this Hardee’s

So this morning I place a mobile order around 6:20 am. They open at 6:00 am today. It says my order would be ready at 6:25 am. I get there the drive thru box says the automated message and I say what I’m there for. No response. So I wait. I say hello a couple of times. Still no answer. After around 10 minutes I go up to the window to see if anyone is there. I don’t see anyone. So I loop back around and now another car is in front of me. He also gets no response and leaves. So again after I say hello a couple of times I go park in the parking lot to see if I can call the restaurant. No answer. Called twice. No way to get a refund on the app, couldn’t find a corporate number and couldn’t talk to anyone immediately. So I wait and wait bc I’ve already paid. Around 6:50 am, a car pulls up with someone who looks like a manger and someone else with her in the car. They go in and I give them a few minutes to settle in and I call the restaurant again. A nice lady answers and says the opening manager didn’t show up and that she does have my mobile order and to give her around 15 minutes since they just got there. After an hour I finally got my food. That’s ridiculous. I’m not mad at the people who showed up an hour late it’s not there fault. Whoever that opening manager is needs to be fired or something. I’m sorry to those ladies who had to come bust their butts and serve the line of people waiting. They were awesome and they didn’t even have an attitude like most workers would they were very nice! Wish I knew their names.

Most of the workers are rude. Pulled up to get my food and the lady didn’t even speak. I didn’t speak just to see if they would. She just handed me my food without even saying have nice day or even thank me for coming. I got apple pies, I got over half way to my house and turned around to go back because my pies were burnt on the inside not even hardly no apple sauce or apples in it due to it being burnt.

Alot of standing around by the employees and when we placed our order the girl who took our order spoke so quietly we had to have her repeat. Literally the laziest workers I have ever seen. We had to wait for 20 mins to get our food when there were no other orders placed. No one cooking at all
