First time I ate here it was delicious but last few times the food has been different tonight my fiancé grabbed me food while working tonight and as I was eating I found hair in my food and the burger made me feel queasy. There was more hair when you lifted the burger patty and such. There was more fries were over cooked as well. And when going through it the hair kept breaking off into pieces and I have red hair mind you. Awful experience we won’t be eating from here again!

I ordered here and was throwing up till 3am after eating. I had it delivered with DoorDash I ordered a medium cheese tot, chicken strips, and a shake. When I opened my bag the first thing was the tots it was a small the opening the tots there was like 5 tots and the rest was fries! When looking at the bottom of the bag they had put some burnt tots at the bottom like the tots were black. After eating my chicken I felt sick then about a hour later I was throwing up everywhere. DoorDash couldn’t give me my money back for it and the store didn’t answer when I called.

After many attempts in the past of having them make a limeade slush and not putting any lime in the drink we have been going to Grain Valley Sonic with no issues but today tried to give them another chance ask for limes in the drive-thru got the drink no lime flavor at all and when I asked about the lime wedges the girl at the window said let me get you some but instead the manager sarcastically came to the window and said I put three lime wedges in there I promise you that. got to the bottom of the drink very small piece of lime wedge not three manager can’t count so how can you expect her to run a business. And again very disappointed and I love supporting my town but after many trys for the right drink I’m done with coming here any longer.

I would say this store needs to be closed down or ran by someone else. I’ve given this place several chances and it always disappoints. Definitely not what it used to be. Don’t waste your time or money. The food is either cold or extremely overcooked and the the wait is always ridiculous no matter what you order.

The food was good and the server was polite.
The screen said my food was on the way, and it didn’t get out to me for over 5 more minutes. I don’t like it when they tag the receipt as being delivered just to cut down ticket times, especially when it’s not true.

I’ve given this location ample opportunity to keep me coming back and today was my last straw, I was the only one there and somehow my order was still wrong, I try calling and nobody answers the phone so I have to go knock on the door. The food was horrible and definitely not worth the money. I miss what sonic used to be. I guess those days are gone

Everything about this place sucks. Would rather have no sonic then have this sonic. Even just ordering a drink is a minimum 30 minute wait EVERYTIME. They never put any ice in their drinks. food is ether cold or completely wrong. I would never recommend this place to anyone Do Not Go Here just look at all the recent reviews if you don’t believe me.

Its really sad that I went to pickup an order for a customer to be ignored thur The drive-through, and then when I drove to the window, the older woman working today, rushed over to the window, was such force and anger and yelled at me that she was working on the order. Never asked me if I was there for it or not or who I was picking up an order for But I did fill out on my end through my company a review on this to be met with damage products she taped the spoon halfway down the cup, where I was not able to set the cup full of ice cream down on the bottom and I knocked on the window She came back, yelled at me again and said I’m not making this snatch the cup out of my hand ripped the tape with the spoon ripped the spoon that was in the protective plastic and said there you go you’re nothing but a DoorDasher. I’m in my 50s and a grandma I did not deserve to be treated this badly rest assured I made the incident report to my corporation that I work for and I will be making another one to sonic. If the owners had any common sense, they would fire her

Worst Sonic ever. Closed before the time they have shown. Drinks always taste nasty. The store smells like weed. The managers are extremely rude. Last time I came people were sitting on tables where food goes. This location should be shut down or ran by someone else
