I wanted to make this my regular juice spot, but on my very second visit I was denied my bagel because I needed to use my American Express, which now I know, they do not take. I had a little money left on my debit card so I still got my juice, but left disappointed nonetheless. I live paycheck to paycheck and sometimes need to use my credit card. I am newly vegan, and will be buying a lot of juice and protein smoothies, so it’s their loss. Besides their lack of payment options, the service was lacking. I ordered before this other woman, yet we got our drinks at the same time. The same guy did both of them, but I still had to wait longer. I was already bummed I couldn’t get my bagel, so that aspect did not help in my impression of this establishment. As far as the atmosphere, they need more room or ditch the tables. While I was waiting I had these two women, who were loudly talking and moving tables, practically sit on me. They were literally blocking me in where I was at, so I had to move. The experience was extremely disappointing, and I won’t be back.

Staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable for the quality and ability to customize. This place is what Jamba used to pretend to be, and more Noise level what you’d expect with several blenders being their primary tools of trade.

Ordered a large açaí bowl, got a medium. Not the first time it’s happened to me. And the bowl feels like it is barely filled. Cost me $11+ tip. Good customer service but if they can’t get the portion & sizes correctly. I can’t justify coming here further.
EDIT: Ok, adjusted my review to 5 stars, the owner reached out to me & apologized for the mistakes. Even offering me a bowl next time I come. Can’t match that kind of customer service. 5/5 ⭐️

I was just in at this location. Please explain to me why you have two people behind the counter working one order and not acknowledging the customers that are waiting to order! We waited a full 5 minutes and we weren’t even acknowledged! No “welcome” or “we’ll be right with you” the girl working the blender gave us nothing but dirty looks. I left and didn’t bother to order. I was afraid they would spit in my drink. I will not visit this location again. The customer service is appalling!! Do better juice it up

Customer service is immaculate and the owner works in the shop and take care of her customer and she is so kind and amazing me and my Down syndrome patient come her all the time and she shows so much love to him I would recommend this spot the bowls smoothies everting is good
