Asked my husband what he ordered literally 12 times. He repeatedly replied no pickles. Guess what.. there are three pickles. He can’t eat it. It’s a simple request he repeated over and over every time they asked. He didn’t check it before leaving because after saying it 12 times you’d think they got the idea.

I’m just visiting the area and I have a favorite dairy Queen in Hudson New Hampshire so I am a little biased in my review. This Dairy Queen is okay I am just spoiled in New Hampshire with a better quality of food and service.

I came through the drive thru and the service and food was okay. I noticed the owner of Dairy Queen was berating a worker on the floor. It was very off putting and very unprofessional. He then proceeded to throw stuff. You can see the young girl was very upset!! These workers are overworked and underpaid, the owner needs to do a better job treating the customers and the workers. Ever since the new owner took over, everything has went downhill. It’s pitiful.

Went there last night because I wanted a chili cheese dog , burger, and onion rings. They’re food has always been good except for last night. After I paid for my food I happened to turn to look inside and I seen this guy making my food with no gloves. You’re not going to make my food with no gloves. That’s the lights time I go there for food. Needless to say I threw that food in the trash.

Waited 30 mins for two chicken tender baskets and 2 kids meals. Cashier wouldn’t take the order originally finally took his place at the cash register and wouldn’t speak where you could hear him. They missed an entire meal off our order. Ranch was spoiled. Noticed on the way out the door the health department score was an 83! Gross.

This is the worst DQ. I called because the app sent my food there. I told them to cancel my order because I couldn’t go pick it up since I live in Elba, and they still haven’t canceled it. They owe me $50. Come on! Let’s see what they’re going to do

Dairy Queen is not the same anymore. That place was the hang out place back in the day. The food and ice cream was always soooo good. I went tonight. I’m sorry, but it was awful. I couldn’t eat my food. I threw it away. I’m not gonna say I won’t be back, but if the ice cream gets bad. I’m done.

WOW! This place has really gone downhill. The prior owners took pride in how the facility looked. The overall customer satisfaction, the quality of food, atmosphere, outside parking lot, restrooms etc. The places is decorated now with papers hung on the wall, no AC and rude staff. A manager that seems to not want to be there as well. The uniform attire has changed completely. Staff rude is actually a complimentary word it was worse than rude.

We stopped in after our class at the community college for a treat. I had the Peanut Butter Cup Pie Blizzard and my husband had the Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard. They were the best ones we’ve ever had! The candy add-ins were mixed all the way through so we had bits in every bite. The service was friendly and fast. We will visit again.
