Very dissatisfied. Ordered the pretzel crust pizza, crazy bread, and an extra most bestest pepperoni. The pretzel crust was made on a regular crust and cooked longer to make it look dark, the taste was the same as the regular crust. The crazy bread had no seasoning or Parmesan like it’s supposed to have. The extra most bestest was a very poorly-made, regular pepperoni with barely any sauce and 2 inches of crust around the edge. Don’t waste your money here.

Picked up a Hot and Ready and once I got home, only to realized it was cold and overcooked. See picture for full transparency. I didn’t have time to take it back as I have two children. This was my first bad experience at this location and it was really disappointing.

Worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to.
I’m literally sitting here eating what’s basically bread with a sprinkle of cheese. Barely any cheese on the pizza at all just big, dry chunks of bread. Whoever is making the pizzas here seriously needs proper training. Small portions of cheese, no flavor, and zero care put into it. Absolute waste of money. Never coming back to this location.

We tried Little Caesars Pizza for the first time for the Monday night football game. We had our order delivered and I was missing a pizza. I contacted Christina, the manager at the McCart location.
Post pandemic specifically, it’s been my experience that a lot of folks don’t seem to be concerned with customer service at fast food or take out facilities.
Many make it seem like you’re being there is an inconvenience to them. I hate that.
Not the case here. Christina was very professional, friendly, and definitely won me over as a customer who will be back.
The pizza and other items we had were all quite tasty and what I considered to be very value friendly.

So my family and I gave this location another try since we noticed they had new faces. We walked right in to order. Our ordered was taking within 5 mins which is why I gave them a star. Also the cashier was very friendly and welcoming. A younger girl. The manager seemed stressed and was yelling at the cashier asking her to take orders, get food then jump back and take more orders. I was told after I paid 10 mins wait. We were told we could go wait in our car. I waited in my car for 15 mins because food wasn’t ready after 10 mins. I saw many people going in waiting on food and receiving food. My, son and I waited another 30 mins because our food wasn’t ready. The manager didn’t even recognize us and she was out front when we placed our order. (2 pepperoni classics a cheese classic and a 2 liter and 2 orders of wings bbq and garlic parmesan. ) She looked at us and said have you been helped. 3 customers came in after us and we’re helped one customer was even offered free wings. They came in after us. I was there now a whole 45 mins + waiting on my order. No sorry about the wait… Nothing. No bag for our wings. I was just really tired and ready to go. The service was not good. I ordered simple foods that were hot and ready items. They weren’t hot and ready. The pizzas were sitting on the counter because they were waiting for my wings to finish. Someone forgot that I ordered wings and the manager asked the cashier to go make them as she was ringing up customers. The cashier made me wings to complete my order. I couldn’t get Pepsi for my 2 liter because I was told they were out. The customer the manager was ringing up asked about it. She was so frustrated ran to the back and grabbed 2 hot bottles. The Cooler wasn’t stocked. The manager was not ready for the evening rush. This location needs new managers to help teach speed of service and customer service greetings. This is not okay.

They overcharged me for my pizza. When I was in my car waiting on my pizza I noticed on my receipt that I was charged 16% (double) tax. I’m not sure if the register was malfunctioning or if they have it set up like that. I went inside and received some money back. I just wanted to post so that people can be aware. Check your receipt people!

If 0 was an option I definitely would have selected it. THERE WAS A FLY BAKED IN MY PIZZA !!! Boom so I walk in the store with the fly pizza in hand and explain the bug situation. Thinking my refund would be granted but no he try’s to hand me another pizza. At this point I’m traumatized I ALMOST ATE A FLY! I don’t want anything from here he walks away and calls who I believe is the store manager. I explain the situation again she responds with “Oh, it can’t be a fly, I assure you that we do not have flies here.” As if I ask if she had pets. Bro it’s a fly you don’t know if you have one until it flies passes you like what?! Anyways once I told her I had it in my hand looking at it and showing her worker it’s CLEARLY a fly she change tone and still tried to offer me a pizza. I declined once more and requested my money it was a back and forth as if I’m wrong for not wanting the pizza the offered.

I ordered the Crazy Puffs based on Method Man’s brother, Jordan the Stallion’s review of these muffin shaped delights. Delicious!
I’d been craving pizza for almost a month, and decided why not. The price and portion were perfect. I got both flavors, cheese and herb and pepperoni. Not too saucy, love the addition of herb butter and Parmesan. They were perfectly cooked. If you offered all vegetables or Italian sausage CrazyPuffs, I’d try them too.
Also, the counter guy, very personable and professional. The front area was organized and clean. I will return.
