Waited 15 minutes for mobile order even after placing it well in advance, and even after all that, nearly everything in the order was wrong. I asked for lettuce wrapped burger and look at photo of what I got. Literally just a patty. Complete waste of money.

I called ahead to confirm the dining room closing time and was told it closes at 10 PM. I arrived at 9:30 PM, only to find the doors already locked, despite the sign on the door clearly stating they close at 10 PM. I had placed my order on the app for dine-in, expecting to eat inside. When I asked why the dining room was closed early, the staff stared at me like deer in headlights and just said, “There are only four of us here.” I can understand if there was only one person working, but with four staff members, there’s really no excuse. The drive-thru window says they’re open until 12 AM, so this entire experience was frustrating. Wendy’s, please ensure your hours are accurate and that your staff is prepared to serve customers properly.

I just left that place. It is raining hard, and there is no roof or anything to protect customers from the rain when ordering at the drive-thru. If you close the window, you won’t be able to hear anything. The lady on the speakers left me waiting there. When she finally spoke with me, she asked me again for another moment, so I left. What kind of customer service is this? Where is the common sense? Called to speak with someone at the store, and nobody answered the phone.

Wendy’s is my guilty pleasure, and this place does what a Wendy’s ought to do. My only gripes are 1) the location; los of construction happening here, so it can be a bit hard to get in or out. And 2) sometimes they close the dining room early (like at 8pm) when I’d rather not eat at home, so then the only choice is to use the drive through.
If I have to nitpick something else then I guess it’s got a dying “Wendy’s” sign where only the W and E are still lit, but inside it’s always clean and well tended to, so it’s no big deal. The staff is always attentive and kind too, so it’s not like the atmosphere is bad, the construction outside is just a bit annoying.

Burnt my cinnabon bites, whatever they are called! And to a crisp!!! I noticed something was off when I tried to dig my fork into what I previously presumed to be pillowy soft doughy cinnamon goodness, and it was rock hard. I couldn’t even dent it, picked it up and saw it was charcoal black! never going again to this location.

Horrible customer service!! Came here to get the Wednesday meal of misfortune. Asked them to give me a chocolate frosty instead of vanilla frosty (it’s suppose to have the dark cherry swirl in it) but she gave me a plain frosty instead. When i asked her if she can add the dark cherry swirl, she gave me instant attitude saying you asked for chocolate frosty so i gave it to you. I don’t think she understood the options that was available to switch the flavors. And then, looked in the bag she gave no sauces!! What was the whole point of buying the meal if i can’t try the new sauces. Bad location with bad workers.

We were scammed today’s by Wendy’s. Went and got 6 meal combos and look at the picture we just got the bun with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato! This is unnecessary and unacceptable. Is a joke that we went there spend our money and arrive home to found out this trash food. Our money went directly to the trash can, my kids starving and I totally disappointed! Hope there is better management and employees because if someone did this to us I only could think is a very angry person that just doesn’t care about others! If could I will give 0 stars!

It was not the best experience at a Wendy’s i had. The lady at the counter was having a disagreement with her boss and was very aggravated towards me because of it. Did make ordering food very fun she was on a short fuse and didn’t like that i wanted my fries fresh. So did my best with some humor to defuse her attitude, which i understand wasn’t geared towards me. Other then that food was great and made fresh as expected

This location sucks. This is our second (and last) time ordering through Door Dash where the order was delayed and the order was completely wrong. It doesn’t take much knowledge to pack an order the exact way the receipt shows. Please hire people who are capable of this. Sorry to whoever ordered six 10pc chicken nuggets… we received those instead of you.
