Fabulous experience using Chef Ricardo and his team. We hired him for a celebration of life event and they exceeded all expectations….responsive and efficient….they brought in additional staff to feed over 250 people, had tents as there was potential for rain and a last minute request for 250 lbs of ice. In addition to the amazing service, the food was outstanding! A choice of three different meats for tacos, beans, rice, chips, salsa and all the toppings. I would highly recommend Chef Ricardo and his team.

Ricardo and his team were amazing through all of the planning and the event. Ricardo was extremely responsive and helpful and went over and above. The food was exceptional and so was the service. We were also very thankful that he could handle all the rentals for us as well! What a huge help. We have had many asking for his contact information. This was for my daughter’s wedding of about 65 people. We also had some guests that were vegetarian, vegan, and celiac, and he accommodated us perfectly!

Chef Ricardo and his team were absolutely amazing for our wedding! Everyone was very nice and the food was absolutely out of this world! We only heard great things about it from all of our guests. Best food and best catering in Phoenix! Ricardo & the team @ Tamales y Tacos catered our wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden for 70 people and knocked it out of the park! Delicious food, prepped and made fresh right there for everyone, receiving compliments all night long. The portions were huge, the service was so incredibly friendly, and it was easily the most affordable and reasonably priced caterer we encountered. The team took care of our setup and breakdown for our reception as well as all of the food service. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We would absolutely work with Ricardo and team again given the opportunity for any small gathering or large event!

Chef Ricardo and his team have now done a big party for us and made their homemade chips and salsa for many of our clients as gift baskets! They are more than accommodating, so friendly and easy to work with! For the party they set up their station with decorations, lights and had amazing food!
