Service was prompt. Food hot and tasty. Staff polite and pleasant. Facility was clean and tidy. Dining room is very well decorated featuring real plants, and a huge, beautiful live tree right in the middle.
Arby’s has been quietly gaining ground in the fast food wars. I predict 2018 will be a very good year for them. This location is very convenient to the interstate.

My husband and I chose to eat lunch at Arby’s before grocery shopping.
Instead of eating in the car we went inside.
There was absolutely no one else inside the dining area nor in line when we walked in. We noticed two guys filling drive thru orders and no one at the counter.
We patiently waited for SOMEONE to greet us but no one ever did . Then one of the guys said to the other “….would you put your number in the register?”
No acknowledgement of us….No Welcome or Greeting or anything!!!!
The other guy walked over and put his number in and just looked at us…
So I said “Hi…” and proceeded to place our order. That is when we took our cups and got our drinks and took pics of the restaurant while waiting for our food to be prepared. We tried the hush puppy breaded fish and a coupon for 2 for $5 regular roast beef sandwiches.
The meals were fine. My husband was disappointed in the size of the fish but he said it tasted ok….
You would be surprised how much of a difference a warm greeting makes. It is welcoming, inviting and warm. If you are not greeted you feel cold and unwanted even if you are wanted.
The lobby and dining area was clean. We will not be dining in at this location ever and it has NOTHING to do with the food, dining area or lobby.

Got a chicken bacon Swiss to take home, ate a bit of it and ended up finding out it was RAW in the middle still!!

Ordered the brisket sandwich. Have had this a number of times in the past and been happy with it. This time, seemed that Arbys at some point downsized the sandwich as it was smaller with less meat. Brisket was also very fatty compared to ones in the past.

Unique feature at this location, they have a real tree inside the restaurant! Staff were courteous and helpful. Food quality was good. The cheese pasta was good and very filling. Lots of options for fountain drinks.

I’ve eating a chicken sandwich from here twice but this time I ate the fish sandwich from here last night it has given me severe stomach issues and sickness so I will not be eating here again.

We could barely understand what the person was saying that was taking our order at the drive thru, it sounded like they had their mouth full of something. When we got to the window the cashier just took the money no greeting or anything so I greeted her and she never responded, just gave me my change, closed the window and a couple minutes later came back with our order. The BBQ bacon cheese burger I got was horrible, there was just a tiny dab of BBQ sauce on it and the bacon was like jerky, tuff and hard, and the burger was dry and tasteless. Our fries were hard as rocks, they had obviously been in the fryer way too long. We definitely will not be coming back to this particular Arby’s!!!

Arby’s doesn’t even try anymore. We ate in. The food was cold, soggy, and unappetizing. This location may as well close. We have spent enough money in this location to put someone through college.

Manager made fresh fries for us. I asked if fresh because I’m tired of cold fries at fast food places. When you spend over 10.00 for fast food I would like hot, fresh food. One if the other employees did give me cold fries w my order. But manager quickly corrected error. And she apologized. I thanked her for the effort to give me what I requested.
