**EDIT** I’ve been back to this location since my initial review. My experience was so much better than how it was back in the first few months of this location being open. At first I thought it was a fluke, but they have now been great on 3 separate occasions over the course of about 2 months. I have updated my review!

This place has been open for MAYBE 3 months and is already serving out the lowest quality of food possible. I had the cantina chicken crispy taco a few weeks ago at the location on Old Monrovia/University and it was delicious and wanted it again today. This is what I got at the Wall Triana location; A shattered hard shell, no cheese on the outside, a couple of morsels of chicken (some were in the bag instead of the taco), there are parts of the shell that are nowhere to be found in what they gave me also asked for no sour cream on my crunchwrap and got it anyway comparison photos included ✨

Brand new, nice clean place. Ordered ahead of time. It took about 5 minutes to get my food after I arrived. So it took about 10 minutes total to get my order. The nice lady behind the counter was very apologetic. I told her she didn’t need to worry about it, it wasn’t that bad! Food was hot and fresh. It’s a brand new Taco Bell so give them some grace. This Taco Bell has outdoor seating. I’m looking forward to using that in nicer weather.

This is one of the better Taco Bell’s out there. My food is always hot and made to order. They give you an abundant amount of sauces and don’t put too much ice in your drink.

The worst location around. All the tacos were broken, most didn’t even have the correct fillings. The chips for my nachos were never put in the bag, so it was literally just a dish of nacho toppings. This is the 2nd time it has been wrong. We tried calling about it and only got a busy time every time.

I was super impressed the first time we ate here because everything was fresh & made PERFECTLY by the book. Far exceeding the other taco bells around here. We can’t afford to eat out much anymore, so i was excited to get food from here again the other day. Unfortunately, i knew right off the bat that i was going to be majorly disappointed when the dude at the window sarcastically asked “what we were planning on doing with all that food” … look, I’ve worked in fast food before and understand it’s not always easy, but we literally only ordered 3 meals (the first visit we ordered 4 with no issue).
After pulling us forward to wait, we finally got our food and see that every single item is so ridiculously skimpy, they essentially served us cold tortillas with slight smears of food in the middle.
Reading the other reviews, management needs a complete overhaul of the night crew at the very least. The current staff clearly does not want to be there and they’re costing you money on the bottomline.

I should have gotten the two guys names from the restaurant but I didn’t. They were fabulous! They apologized for being out of mild sauce and it was due to the truck being stuck in the ice storm we just experienced. So a couple cinnamon twists found their way into my order! It was also the same two guys working the night we were supposed to get our bad ice storm and they were so friendly having to work when everything else was shutdown around us. Hats off to the two guys! I will get their names and speak with the local manager! Very impressed by the positive attitude and energy these two guys have while at work.

I’d love to talk to the owner of this franchise so they can be informed of how bad their managers are. I can’t fathom how a place can be so terrible after only being open for three months. This level of awful usually only comes from advanced complacency.
Food is always haphazardly put together and half the time isn’t correct. Opened a softshell taco from my order just now and it was basically just lettuce with a tiny, quarter sized, dollop of beef. That’s not even the worst of it, I was once turned away at the drive through because they said they didn’t have the staff to take anymore orders so close to closing time – it was 11:15, I still had 45 minutes.
Never thought I’d be taking the time to review a fast food joint, but I don’t want other people to waste their money like I just did. Next time you get the craving for Taco Bell just drive the extra few miles to go to the one on 72.

If i could leave no stars I would. Paid $40 for my order and they cant even provide the “supreme hard taco’s” advertised. taco had no cheese, hardly any meat and no sour cream or tomato’s. not to mention the “hard” taco was wet.. soft taco’s that were given in place of my hard taco’s with my mexican pizza meal wasnt even rolled up nor did it have any cheese. need to do better.

We have been to this location a few times, orders have been fast and for the most part everything was correct.
It’s fast food, it’s a lot of young workers… sometimes mistakes happen, but it is how a company corrects the issue and treats the customers that make all the difference. The girl at the drive thru(I missed her name) was very nice and polite when I ordered.
Jacob the manager took care of refunding the item, and Landon takes customer service to the next level and made sure to replace it and ask my wife if there was anything else they could do to make it right. We will return for sure!

We had 9 items. We received 3 of our items, 1 of which was correct. And that’s after we waited 38 minutes. I simply emailed for a refund. They sent me $10 taco bell card for more than $40 we spent on food and didn’t eat. Won’t be back here.
