This place was pretty good. There was only one person working all the tables, the bar, and being the host, and she was so good!
The food was good, and it was reasonably priced. I’m glad we tried this new-to-us place.

I just got takeout enchiladas and churros for lunch. The chicken in the enchiladas was super dry and tortillas seemed a little old, but otherwise the flavor was pretty good, albeit with zero heat. The churros were good and they came with a scoop of ice cream. Service was super quick and the staff was friendly. Good option for a casual lunch or dinner, but not somewhere that will really impress.

My husband and I just went here for lunch and I’m so disappointed. We paid ended up paying 40 dollars for 9 tacos and a side of rice and beans! The website prices were wrong. They are charging 15 dollars for 6 tacos. They forgot our drinks and I don’t think they were going to drive them to us until we realized they came with the tacos. And whats really frustrating is they advertise the tacos on a 4.5″ tortilla’ not the case when I opened my food. A small barley 2.5″ taco and the onion with pretty much no cilantro was just as big as my chunks of meat.

The fresh fried chips were so good with the homemade guac And queso that we were literally so good we were scooping around the crevices in the dish to get the remaining bits on. By the time the main dishes came out we were pretty full but i was still stoked to eat it the next day! I definitely recommend this restaurant very highly even if I feel like I just gained 15 pounds and need to be rolled everywhere for the next month

That food is bad. The meats pork are super salty and extra cooked toasted. The chicken is dry, it is not roasted at all without flavor. The presentation of the dishes is in large containers and when the food arrives it is all mixed without salad or sauces. No manager no soport

I was highly disappointed with my order of huevos rancheros; it was a complete letdown. Instead of the expected dish with eggs, potatoes, and flavorful ingredients, I received a mess of cold rice, beans, and a pile of unappetizing chorizo. After one bite, I couldn’t continue; it was overpriced and not at all what I anticipated. I paid over $20 for something I couldn’t even eat, and needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Look at this beautiful plate, when it came out my Hope’s were high by the sheer beauty this plate presented. However, the taste told me other wise. Each (regular) taco costs $2.50 w/tax included. Now to many this may seem a price worth while, but when I can find tacos that cost $1.25 and less tasting better proving more WHY and I ask why would I go here. This food may look good but trust me Mexican food it is not. If your palate is weak and cannot handle the shear power mexican cuisine holds this place is for you. However, if you want to feel the streets, sounds and taste of Mexico I would not recommend going to this place.

One of my favorite go to Mexican restaurants! The staff is attentive, the drinks are yummy and the food is fantastic. I am always pleased with whatever I order.

Food was so yummy. Light crispy chips and fresh salsa. I really liked the queso. We had molcajete which was really good for sharing and we had leftovers. The flan was good too. My boyfriend loved the churros. We had some octopus too. Really good service. Definitely will go back, good prices too. We went for date night 🙂

This place is a hidden gem! The staff is super nice and attentive and these are the best tacos in Lakewood (probably the whole Denver metropolitan area) as far as I’m concerned. Highly recommend the pastor, the carnitas, and definitely hit up that hot sauce to the far right of the sauce bar. I haven’t tried them but my friend said the pulpo (octopus) tacos are top notch too if you’re into something more exotic.
