The sushi here is excellent! The live shrimp and grilled fish collar were both fantastic and full of flavor. The only downside was that our salmon nigiri had a few chewy pieces that seemed not to be cleaned properly. Otherwise, a great experience overall!

I came to this restaurant after midnight like 2am and they served the food so well! The hospitality was amazing and atmosphere was perfect. If you want to try decent sushi near dotonbori, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. And even at late night you can have a well served sushi’

I didn’t really want to give this place 3 stars. But I am quite disappointed by this 4.9 restaurant. I expected better.
The staff were nice, and the private room was also nice! But the thing that really bothered me was the sushi. Some was too chewy, some tasted too plain, and the rice wasn’t sweet at all!
I wouldn’t really recommend this restaurant. They even thought I ordered my otoro already!! I did, but I ordered it again.

Top notch – fresh fish, great selection and simple presentation to ensure the fish and rice is the star! We were happy and lucky to get a spot at the bar on a busy night in Dotonburi. Service was fantastic and our server spoke English very well. Great spot if you want authentic sushi in a very touristy area.

Dont be fooled by the generic name – this place feels very authentic and serves delicious fresh sushi made directly by the chef in front of your eyes. Staff are very attentive and the menu and presentation are great! Prices are very reasonable for the quality you’ll get here. I had the nigiri tasting menu, which i’ll keep in good memory for a long time!

An incredible sushi place! It seems unassuming at first glance, but the chefs are astounding.
Reasonably priced, great bite sized sushi. Each piece was like butter. Everyone was so kind and friendly. English friendly, fast service, clean, and well lit space.

Hidden gem. Stopped in for a quick midnight sushi and ended up staying for multiple rounds. Fresh, delicious, and surprisingly memorable.

Atmosphere, service, friendliness, and taste were all top-notch. My girlfriend and I went twice during our 4-day trip to Osaka. We tried multiple types of sushi, vegetable tempura, and unagi. There was a huge variety. I also tried another plate with about ten different kinds of nigiri; I was prejudiced against raw fish, but they all tasted excellent, none of them heavy. We sat opposite of the chief in this classical sushi restaurant and the guy and his job are very cool. It is not so expensive when you think that you’re eating traditional foods in Osaka.
